“Had to come here again for some tasty churros and their marzipan latte. The atmosphere inside is vibing and music is funky. I danced while waiting for my food to get a freebie they’re promoting. They made a mistake on my latte and told me what happened and said they will refund me for what they input incorrectly which is fine. Bryan helped me overall with the situation. It’s under a new owner so it’s a hit or miss.Kid-friendliness: Lots of board games for teens and college students. Perfect for family outgoings.“
“One popular spot known for its delicious borekas in Los Angeles is "Borekas Sephardic Pastries" in Sherman Oaks. They offer a variety of flavors and are well-regarded by locals and visitors alike. It's worth giving them a try if you're in the area!“
“Not sure why the incredibly high reviews. I would do 3.5 if I could but the atmosphere was really nice so bumped it up. It’s a cozy cafe in a cute area, seating is great. Food was fine— not super expensive, but for what it was, a little more costly than I’d prefer. Definitely not memorable, but tasted fine; cappuccino was meh. However, I’d come back just for the vibes since it’s a good place to catch up with friends etc. and I’d be interested to try a different menu item!“
“My first time here and I LOVE the ambiance, the environment is nice and the inside of this place is gorgeous. Just enough space and plenty of tables/seats to sit and even get some work done! GREAT music and vibes. However, I was not too fond of the managers here, they were a little rude and non-personable which rubbed me the wrong way. Especially the female manager here whose name I did not get, seems as though she was NOT fond of people of color. Lalo and Gabriel were lovely, had great energy, and were super attentive! Food and drinks aspect-wise, I LOVED the salmon cucumber toast and lavender oat latte. Very tasty, and would 1000% try again. I do hope if and when I return the management can be more friendly and receptive to ALL.“
“Easy to miss, though from the reviews, it seems like few actually pass it by.On lunch break from rehearsal nearby, I had the feta, tomato, and basil toasted sandwich, which was perfect. Outdoor seating was quite welcome, as it's kinda warm and stuffy inside the store.“
“I wanted to try a new coffee shop and came upon Jesse's Grind Coffee Bar and the reviews were so positive I decided to give it a try. I ordered the dirty horchata latte with whole milk and it was really good! The staff were really friendly as well and were so fast at making drinks as it was pretty busy. I definitely want to come back and try a coffee flight as I think that's such a cool idea and I love coffee. The shop is small but has a cute sitting area which I will definitely enjoy when I revisit to try more flavors.“
“Amazing people, authentic food and drinks, lovely atmosphere, and a dedicated family owned business! My first time visit and my first time trying Yerba Mate!!! I immediately felt the welcoming and friendly vibes when I walked in, the culture here is super comforting! The empanadas are delicious and Yerba Mate is now one of my favorite drinks! I definitely will be back!“
“Every time I'm in Studio City I always have to stop by this spot. Service: Amazing, fast, friendly and very helpful. Seating: it's actually decent considering the exterior is small. Positive atmosphere inside, and some outside seating. Overall a very enjoyable vibe. Coffee/Pastry: You. Must. Try. Everything. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask. The obvious question: Is it better than Starbucks? Oh yeah! If you're in the area this is a must stop for coffee lovers.“
“What a nice surprise to discover this adorable restaurant not far from the Burbank Airport. Cute decor and wonderful presentation of their food, including the complimentary corn muffin drizzled with honey. I had the French Dip which was yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Burbank!“
“i’m gonna give my bare honest review, i’ve been here 2 times! PASTRIES N GOODS R SOOO BOMB !!! the croissant is so doughy and delish!! ughhh the mixed berry danish YUM, apple cinnamon twist PERF!!! they also offer varieties of croissant sandwiches & another type of bread but i forgot which kind… they have bobas, smoothies, juices, and what i came for lattes. both times i can taste the espresso is burnt…. never the less how outstanding the pastries are i still give this spot a 5 star. go try it it’s delish. i know there serving a lot and i’m sure there not crazily fixated if there pulling a clean shot. still love love this place and there FAIRLY reasonable in prices“
“Love this place. Cute, peachy and family owned. Great people and service. Prices were great too. Street parking can be tough but you can place an order online for a quick pick-up. I got an iced coffee, some toasts and a smoothie. I loved EVERYTHING! Menu is small but everything on there is great - just how I like it. So happy this local gem is a part of my neighborhood! Also happy to hear they're opening more locations so other can try their peachy deliciousness soon!! :-)“
“Great drinks! A little loud inside but they have a great outside patio where you can play some games and chat. Inside they got gaming consoles and games to play at the booths! Great activities to do while you wait, and the staff are very attentive! Loved the calm fun “
“I've been coming here to Bodevi many times this past year. I was so stoked when I found out they serve wine AND espresso. I initially was drawn to their WINE FLIGHTS and VEGAN CHARCUTERIE. But lately maybe because of the cold weather I've been craving their LOX & CREAM CHEESE TOAST and BLUEBERRY GINGER LATTE. They pay really great attention to detail because my lox toast is perfectly spread all the way to the edges. The salmon perfectly scrunched for texture (not just laid out flat) and topped with sliced red onions. Then drizzled with oil I think and perfectly garnished with dill and capers...yumm!! Love the orange slices as well! The blueberry ginger latte is so unique and pretty! It has a richness to it like mocha but perfectly balanced. I get mine with oat milk. And I love seeing actual blueberries on it to give it a nice finishing touch. Get this before they switch out their seasonal menu! Once the weather warms up I may go back to trying their wine flights again. I recommend THE DAVID BOWIE so you can have the assortment of white, rose, and red if you're trying their wines for the first time. Other items I definitely recommend are the BURRATA PISTACHIO SANDWICH (I get mine minus the prosciutto to make it vegetarian) , the VEGAN DELI SANDWICH, and the DEVILED EGGS. You can't go wrong with those. They're delicious! They even have an assortment of board games, chess, and checkers that you can play in the private room in the back. So chic and charming for big parties! Service is wonderful! My lattes always come out perfect here made by Caleb and Melissa! And like I said they pay attention to detail. There's also a self serve water station by the bar. Parking is FREE in the back parking lot. Front parking you have to pay for with coins not credit cards. Such an absolute GEM in San Fernando!“
“This is the spot! If you like coffee, tea, baked goods and amazing people. Everyone who works here is so kind, patient and they make an amazing cup of coffee. They have a great menu with lots of options. Its a family owned establishment and really enhances the Burbank area and its community. They are constantly partnering and getting involved with other small businesses which is awesome. The shop is always so clean, good calming music and places to sit inside and outside. The negative reviews about them are from trash people who were probably having a bad day. This should be your new regular spot. Kid friendlyLov, dog friendly and handicap accessible. Three Sisters Coffee and Tea is the vibe.“
“A+ 5 star coffee ! I love this place. Great energy , great coffee and the owners/workers are so personal and inviting . The location is easy to find, the interior is nice with a lot of seating only con is it's hard to find parking sometimes but it's worth it for great coffee .“
“Really good seating! Great pesto sandwich. Wonderful new chill coffee shop. Staff was eager to please. Once they iron out a few things (like having iced tea for non-coffee drinkers and hot days), they're gonna have lines out the door to get a table. I'm an NYC expat and I do my best work on my laptop at a coffee shop. Can't wait to come back and try the coffee!“
“Came in this Saturday morning and got treated with some amazing customer service from the staff. We were recommended by our barista to try their home Laurel latte. 10/10! It was great. Slightly strong, but very good. The places ambiance was aesthetically pleasing and room to even study or for some banter with friends. Definitely coming back!“
“Got an iced double espresso and pain au chocolat. Literally had goosebumps the second the coffee hit my tongue, not sure what espresso they use but it’s excellent. Pain au chocolat was excellent as well. No clue how they are able to only be open 6 hours 3 days a week but it’s worth stopping by, expect a line.“
“I just went to Red Maple Cafe for the first time today and really enjoyed the experience. My wife mother and daughter all loved our food and the ambiance. The fried chicken and waffles were very flavourful and unique because of the blackberry sauce they served with the waffles. The fried chicken was juicy crispy and flavorful. The blackberry sauce also mixed nicely with some hot sauce! The brisket burrito my wife got was very good, flavorful and tender brisket. Their house breakfast potatoes were also very good. Spiced but not spicy so that even my daughter approved and enjoyed. Their custom coffees were very fun too as you can have them take a picture of your choosing and put it on the cream of their coffee! Our server Brian was also excellent and attentive. Very helpful and patient. We could not have asked for a better first experience and server.Thank you Red Maple we will be back !“
“Wow this place is amazing, all organic coffee and yummy fresh food all made in house! I visit many coffee shops, and the prices here are so fair considering its all organic too ! I am so surprised to see some reviews saying its expensive, if you have gone to other independent coffee shops they are priced the same , but the coffee in other places is not organic. Also there is Wifi and plenty of seating!!!“
“First time trying this place out. A busy coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of people studying and working most likely while enjoying their drinks. I got the cold brew but didn't like it much, it was a bit too acidic for my taste. Will try other things next time I'm here. But I gotta mention it was the cheapest cold brew I ever bought, $4 for a 16oz ... they also sell baked goods such as scones and biscotti etc.... Service was friendly and fast. The ambiance is ok.“
“Loved the coffee, it was fresh and soft. But beyond the quality of the coffee, me and my friend stopped by with three kids and staff was so gentle and helpful. We asked for additinal cups, water ( you know kids?) and each time staff genuinely helped, no attitute. There is also additinal parking in the back. Plus restroom were clean!“
“I am so happy I found this place!! This was one of my first times in Sherman Oaks, and I just wanted to find something to eat that would make me feel good and not run down when I’m on the go, so I’m stoked I found Harvest Bar. I’m not vegan but I love places that can make even a meat eater like myself love eating things like jackfruit nachos. The smoothie was delicious too and my friend got an acai bowl that was super fresh. Definitely gonna make this a go to spot when I’m over that way“
“Best coffee shop service around! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love the menu layout here which changes monthly/seasonally, including a sugar free menu. Fast service and drinks always come out perfect. They also sell some local items which have a few seasonal products mixed in. If ya want to relax while enjoying your beverage, the cute patio is just the place.“
“Indulgence meets innovation at the newest boba haven in town! Nestled in a cozy corner, this boba shop surprises patrons with its delectable fusion of creamy boba tea drinks and scrumptious crepes. From the moment you step in, the aroma of freshly made crepes tantalizes your senses, setting the stage for a delightful culinary experience. Whether you're craving a classic milk tea with boba pearls or adventurous flavors like matcha or taro, there's something to suit every taste bud. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment of indulgence. With its friendly staff and mouthwatering offerings, this boba shop is sure to become a favorite haunt for boba enthusiasts and foodies alike.“
“The Napoleon cake is unbelievably good. A dozen or so thin layers of flaky "cake" sandwiching sweet but not over powering butter cream filling. About 5$ for a small looking piece but it's so satisfying. You could share, but I don't think you should.“
“I only went to this place because it was near where I live and it seemed really empty, but they had a large selection of drink options with milk tea flavors that i had never seen in other boba places like chocolate, hazelnut, or blueberry (i had forgot to take a picture before i drank it but the blueberry milk tea is the picture ?). The interior was nice, it was filled with anime and comic book Funko pops/ figurines, Sanrio plushies, and many brand name T shirts all for purchase. There was also a FREE functioning pac-man machine! Overall a pretty nice and underrated place that i could see being really popular“
“Stopped by right around opening so fortunately there was street parking and no line. Service was good and friendly - the cook in the back was singing his heart out at 7am which brightened our morning. We got the #1 and #4. #1 said that the bacon was spicy but there wasn't much spice which was good. It was messy to eat but had good flavor. #4 was tasty. Definitely packed full which made it hard to eat, but I'm not complaining because for the price I would expect it to have a hefty amount of toppings. Both bagels were a little on the chewy side but not sure if that's avoidable once toasted bagels cool off. I would be down to come back and would probably get the same thing! We have heard good things about the rosemary bagel and I would like to try it sometime!“
“I have been coming here for years before the new owners took over. Under new ownership, the place is even better. Service is always friendly, and food is served up fast!I always get a solid breakfast here, and finally, someone who knows how to cook crisp hash browns! Just be sure to bring cash as they don't take cards, but they do have an ATM on-site in case you forget.“
“I love Laidrey, not only for quality coffee and tea drinks but also friendly and knowledgeable staff and great food and pastries. They roast their own beans so I can pick up a bag for home brews. They even have wonderful seasonal drinks, which I’m usually not a fan of at other places but at Laidrey they really deliver great coffee and it’s not overpowered by syrups or sweeteners.“
“If you're looking for authentic French pastries as well as a few Americanized versions, look no further. From the flawless baguettes, croissants & caneles to mouthwatering quiche & puff spinach. From savory to sweet and all the way back around, this couple has it all.Their mom & pop shop quality, care, consistency & service that is almost impossible to find in LA gives me hope for humanity.Tell ya mama and ya friends.Cheers, y'all!“
“Cute boba shop. Stickers and pop culture decor has a fun and good energy vibe. Alina and Raquel were wonderful and gave great customer service. Smiling and chatting with us made for a great first visit. I ordered a jasmine milk tea w/ lite boba and my niece ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry Boba. They were both delicious. Two thumbs up from me, but my niece gives it 100 thumbs up!Definitely be returning here soon!“
“I have tried the burrata toast and the lavender oat latte. Tasty! Will be coming back to try other toast and coffee. The outdoor space looks super cute and will have to come back another day with my Pupp.Believe you also get a discount if you got your hair done at the Salon couple doors down.“
“My matcha latte taste super good. I hope they stay the same over time. hopefully they don't downgrade in a long run like the other boba and tea place it was good in the beginning. Service was good Ambiance: since they're just started i know one day they will the settings and the decorations“
“Super cute coffee shop. It was mostly empty when I went, but lots of people in and out. Several tables to work at, and a white, clean, modern(but not industrial), friendly feel to the place. The barista was also friendly and chatted with me as she made my coffee.“
“I always come to drip n roll and do homework here. They have the most comfortable seats and their always so nice and never care how long we stay for homework. They make the best coffee and I come everyday from how much I crave it. I love this place and I hope you guys check it out!“
“Been coming here for a couple months and I'm so glad I found this coffee shop! Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I usually get a Mocha or Horchata Latte with Oatmilk and every cup is ground and brewed fresh to order. The service I've had has been nothing but great! Overall highly recommend coming here for a quick cup of coffee or for something to eat like bagels, paninis, waffles, and Acai bowls!“
“Stopped in at this boba shop while I was visiting CSUN and it didn't disappoint. I got their passion fruit green tea with boba and it totally hit the spot! The drink came out pretty fast after I ordered. The food also smelled great, but I was in a rush, so I only got the drink. I'll have to try the food next time!“
“This little gem has the best pastries and the best staff. None were too busy to goodnaturely answer my guest's many questions about the soft feta cheese in his omelet and the homemade bread. And that aforementioned baguette? Delicious and fresh. Very satisfying breakfast. Just look at the photos!“
“On our way out of town we stopped by this place for pickup. Was able to easily view their menu and order ahead of time, when we arrived was very impressed by the coffee shop located in a small center next to other businesses. Parking is a little limited and the cafe was busy but not overwhelming. We used bathrooms while waiting and got to hang out for a bit, Ambiance is so chill and the decor is beautiful and cozy. It's small but I was able to walk in on a Sunday morning and find a spot for me and family to sit.Service was great, we did walk up window to get our online order and they were very polite and courteous,Food wow phenomenal so delicious, flavors are crafted to be on point- I had to steal a bite of everyone's sandwich and they were all delicious!!“
“This is a takeout donut place. They're donuts are not overly sweet and are baked fresh throughout the day. I took some to my office in Oxnard and one of the employees recognized the box and said she drives many miles just to get donuts at this location. They even have blueberry donuts, which I understand is rare. The prices are super reasonable, the donuts are fresh and not overly sweet and I can't recommend this place enough.“
“Tried this place recently and I really enjoyed it! The staff is friendly and it's very cute inside. They have a parking lot and plenty of street parking nearby. I ordered and iced oolong tea I don't remember the name but it was delicious. They brewed it fresh which really enhanced the experience. My friend ordered the pumpkin cold brew and enjoyed it as well!“
“This was a fun horror themed coffee shop. I loved the décor of the place and the overall theming was great. This was a fun, unique coffee shop with great service. I had an Iced Bride of Frankenstein - Pistachio Green Tea Matcha Latte and it was tasty! There really isn't any seating inside, but there are several outdoor tables. I would visit this place again if I am in the area.“
“First off, awesome staff. They were so helpful and friendly. I ordered a king Ruben. It was so good as well as the potato salad. It's a cut little shop. I personally can't wait to try a different sandwich. Ambiance bright and airy.“
“What I love about Le Pain is that it consistently offers good food, meeting my expectations, and sometimes exceeding it. Its setting reminds me of cafes in France, with just the right ambience. And the bakery section adds such a lovely touch. I like that it offers both indoor and outdoor dining. And though there’s the option to valet, it’s usually easy to find parking on the street.“
“We wanted donuts but ended up getting sandwiches instead because they lookedreally good...So what do you expect from a donut place? Here is what happened. The driver dropped off the food at our door, then contacted us to let us known itarrived with a picture.I opened the door and there was a pink bag with our itemsin it, including the Boba drink."All in the same bag?", I thought.Weirdly, nothing spilled.I know what you are thinking, because I was thinking the same thing. How did it not spill?Well it was sealed well and proper, so I guess that explains it.Anyhow, I picked up the bag and brought it in, my cat then ran across my foot tripping me...I didn't fall. The food was still safe!Or so I thought. It was then that one of my kids ran past me knocking into the bag andit fell.Surprisingly, because the drink was solidly in a cup holder in the pink plasticbag, everything was fine, the cup holder acted as a buffer.I know, right????!!!Okay, so l pick-up the bag and proceeded to take it into the dining room without any more bag interference.Safely on the table, I ripped open the bag and to my horror, the cat jumped up on the table and tried to swipe the salmon off the bagel I had just popped open.He failed miserably. He ended sliding off the other side of the table due to his momentum and landing on a napkin, which sent him flying. My wife sat down at the table and looked at her food in dismay. Of course, she sat down in the wrong seat, so she was looking at the croissant with double egg and cheese I ordered.Once that was cleared up, and she took a bite, the look on her face was horrifying. She looked like a crazed psycho, the Lox bagel was phenomenal!I kind of looked at my croissant sandwich in lackluster, as I now had bagel and lox envy.Sadly and slowly, I reached my sad little sandwich to my mouth and begrudgingly bit into it.Huge dissapointment... dissapeared!Man that was a good sandwich! My envy left me and we both enjoyed our food, and she loved her Coconut Pineapple smoothie boba too!“
“Ding Tea's success lies on their ability to consistently deliver tasty boba treats across space and time. It's my first time at this location in Van Nuys, and the Hakkaido oolong milk tea was scrumptious as the ones I had at all the other branches. Staff was young but friendly, but that's not unusual at a boba place. We got our drinks fairly quickly. Conveniently located right next to a 99 Ranch Market and a pho restaurant, this location enjoys plenty of foot traffic. The parking lot is large, but it's still a struggle to find a spot due to the busy Asian market.“
“I absolutely love this neighborhood coffee shop.. I have become quite a coffee nut in the past 8 years and tortoni’s espresso doesn’t compare to other coffee shops. These guys really know their stuff. Their temps are always spot on and their hot lattes are so smooth, no need for flavors here! I’ve been a loyal regular customer for about 8 months now and cannot see myself finding anything better in the SFV.“
“While you may love them for pastries, cakes or deli style sandwiches, I need to tell you about their salads! Just wow! Stopped by for a chicken salad & received the most delicious salad ever. Freshly grilled chicken over a bed of crisp romaine lettuce, accompanied by some bell pepper, red onion, tomato, olives & feta cheese. Give them a try for whatever your craving may be. Phone in for faster service. The owner & his son are always happy to greet you. The girls working there are very sweet & helpful.Probably one of the best establishments Burbank has to offer.Your Homegirl,Violy“
“The truth is, it is a beautiful, very pleasant place. I love the attention and above all the food. I go from Oakland to Los Ángeles and I love eating here. The food is delicious. I recommend the fish and the stewed chicken. It is very delicious and the semita is very delicious.“
