“Ding Tea's success lies on their ability to consistently deliver tasty boba treats across space and time. It's my first time at this location in Van Nuys, and the Hakkaido oolong milk tea was scrumptious as the ones I had at all the other branches. Staff was young but friendly, but that's not unusual at a boba place. We got our drinks fairly quickly. Conveniently located right next to a 99 Ranch Market and a pho restaurant, this location enjoys plenty of foot traffic. The parking lot is large, but it's still a struggle to find a spot due to the busy Asian market.“

They kindly offered to prepare fresh lahmajun if I could wait a bit and even treated me to complimentary Armenian coffee during my wait. “I love coming here I’ve been coming since I was 3 years old and I’m 27 now she always calls people corazón and mama. Her kind spirt is always such a warm welcome as is her donuts with coffee are SOOOO GOOD don’t sleep on this corazón she’s been here in the community probably longer than me and it’s always such a great time when I stop by and it smells delicious ! She’s built her own menu with breakfast sandwiches with egg cheeses and 4 different meats. She also has regular deli sandwiches with different drinks from healthy and a sweet treat. “We was seated right away. It was around 8:30 am. This place is very clean. Beautiful atmosphere. I had sourdough toast they only gave me one piece of toast small. Eggs was fresh and bland. Home fries was really good. Orange juice was extra fresh but warm.“
“You enter this bakery and the amazing combination of baked goods' smells envelope you. It's a small space with lots of freshly baked options. I only got the nazook, which was SO delicious. I find that most places that sell nazook are hit and miss, so it was wonderful to find a place where it was crisp, "vanilla-y" and just plain scrumptious! I will definitely return to try some of the other options.“

Ibhvae to leave after 5 minutes because I keep wanting more. 2 is good for me.. the chocolate raised and the crumb raised are the way to go! “I went to Los Angeles for the first time in a while today to visit the LV Trunk museum. Had to make a pit stop for some drinks and stumbled across this mom and pop donut shop. Glad I made the stop they had amazing donut selection and sandwiches too! Customer service was A plus in my book super friendly people. I would definitely recommend this donut shop to anyone in the area wanting some donuts and or sandwiches!“

“I was in the area and have always wanted to stop by but the exterior of building is not appealing at all. I came in on a Friday morning for some Vietnamese coffee . Coffee $5.50 It was delicious, it hit the spot and did it's Job. The interior has a lot of plants and selections for cold beverages.
