“I was just passing through and ordered to go but when I came to get my food I could tell that this place was one of those solid local diners with good prices but about as good of a product that you can expect. Thick juicy chicken on the sandwich and perfectly cooked fries with some tasty BBQ sauce to dip with. They were very busy and I could see why. Friendly service.“
“Friendly and helpful staff. The food is good but a little small size for the price.Dietary restrictions: My wife was pregnant when we had breakfast here and they helped us to check is the cheese was pasteurized or not. They also helped us to add or remove ingredients on the sandwiches.“
“While out for a walk in Arroyo Grande Village my husband and I decided to stop in the Village Cafe for breakfast- It's a nice small cafe and the server made us feel instantly welcomed seating us right away- I ordered the short stack with a side of hash browns- My husband ordered the waffles with sausage and eggs and a side of biscuits and gravy- I was pleasantly surprised when our food arrived! My short stack was huge! I instantly could smell the heavenly aroma of vanilla and they were delicious! My hash browns were cooked exactly like I prefer which is crispy, golden and tasty- My husband loved every bit of his breakfast especially the biscuits and gravy, which I happily kept dipping my hash browns in! There was only one server and she was remarkable! Friendly and quick! We will definitely be back to try more on their menu ~“
“$7.50 for a latte now. Wow!The food and coffee here are way overpriced. So I go into AG for the same latte for $2.00 less. The atmosphere is nice and roomy and the service just OK. Sometimes better than others, like when I came in and the staff went home early so no food was being served so I have been going into AG instead ever since. The hours are unpredictable. The food and coffee are good but I can get the same thing down the street for much less.If I do go I go for the homemade yummy muffins.“
