“Pasty Kitchen is One of my All time Favorite places to grab a quick delicious Meal. HOWEVER, I have a problem with a young male employee of Pasty Kitchen who is usually stationed at the order counter. He takes the orders handling dirty cash money and then without washing his hands or using the sanitizer (that is usually sitting on the service counter) he proceeds to prepare the orders and touches the ladle to pour gravy in the small gravy cups, he touches the rim of the cups as he is filling the cups with gravy. if customer orders a cookie, the young man handles the wax paper to acquire the cookie with unwashed hands, and then he proceeds to the pie oven and places the pies in the pie wrapping paper with unwashed hands that he handled filthy cash money with (everyone knows how dirty money is after it has been passed from person to person!) And when I confronted the young man about his unkosher practices he ignored me and acted as if he couldn't care less about what I was saying! So let the buyer beware at Pasty Kitchen!!!“
“Absolutely great location, great service from the server who guided me through the menu for the first time she was great! I ate there and ordered out for the fam, we love the onion rings lolParking: Parking is great I really like the open spacious parking, it'll get packed at some point but it isbare able.“
“We dined here for HIgh Tea. The tea room is located in Old World in Huntington Beach and such a cute and quaint Village of European shops and restaurants as well as apartments above the businesses. Pamela's tea room had high tea options as well as a regular British themed menu. The high tea was one of the best. Hearty tea sandwiches (you have your choice of fillings. We chose the salmon, egg salad, chicken cashew and tuna chutney) many selections for tea but we went with Pamela's blend which went perfect with our food. You are served your own sandwiches but we shared the combo of our choices. The scones were amazing. Apologize for no pics, but we started eating and catching up before I even thought about taking pics. Atmosphere is super cute too. A little shopping area is located in the back with a variety of treats from British candy to season packets for shepherd's pie. Gluten free and other dietary restrictions can be made at the time if your reservation. Come check it out!“
“This is our go to tea place. My daughters and I go at least once every year. The selection of teas is extensive, with seasonal additions. The service is attentive and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. Dining out on the patio is so pleasant. We have tried most of the food items; we love the quiches, soup, and scones the most! Good selection of tea sandwiches and mini desserts, if you choose.“
“Decided at the last minute to do an English tea with my sister and nieces. This was exactly what we were looking for. The tea was wonderful with a wide variety of different kinds. The tea sandwiches were very good, but the real star of the meal was the scones. They were fantastic and the cream and jam just made them perfect!“
“Food was great. It's one of the rare places I have found that offers a cheese and onion pasty on the menu. The pasty was top notch and highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new. It's a classic British item. Had the pasty with a side of sautéed mushrooms with garlic. Only downside is that this place is only open for about 4 hours on Monday thru Thursday. I saw a few items that were indicative that this is a pub for Liverpool F.C. supporters, but unfortunately, this pub does not open early for English Premier League matches. Nevertheless, I decided not to downgrade my rating since the Cheese & Onion Pasty made the trip worth it.“
