“Always happy to visit a new third wave coffee joint in this part of the oc which is largely Starbucks land/doughnut shop territory. It's changing over time, there are now at least four or five third wave/Asian style coffee spots in and around Artesia. I stop through here on my drive between la and the westminster court (I'm a defense attorney).So I was here at opening (7 am), they were ready to go, washing the windows even. My cappuccino was very good, pastry options looked like the same stuff they have at all the other third wave coffee places. They had some fun sounding coffee drinks. Sitting area and bathroom situation was nice. We ordered the Captain Combo at level 2 spice as the full house seasoning. It had crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, and mussels. Everything was well seasonsed. It was enough for the 4 of us. For drinks, they have a solid selection of soju, seltzer, and beer. I saw that they have beer deals. They have the option of head-on shrimp and peeled and deveined shrimps. There's plenty of free parking in the plaza. There's also plenty of seating for small or big groups.”

“This spot rocks! Hubs and I stopped in for a beer after a reunion with old friends at the grave site of our beloved Nicholas for his birthday. We weren't gonna eat but then we saw and smelled the food coming out of the kitchen. So glad we decided to eat. The tikka masala was real good. The lamb samosas were ? excellent. “Peaceful spot where you can enjoy hot and cold Korean soups and BBQ. Their fixings are also good. They've got Terra and Cass beer consistently also. Customer service is fast and very accommodating. They check in on you every so often if you need anything. They also have golf on their screens during tournaments and the place is very clean. Their Cold Noodle soups are comfort food along with their beef bbq ribs. The same owners and employees here have been hospitable and sweet.”

“Green Banana Leaf is inside a plaza, can be chaotic to find parking on weekend lunch hours as it is near other popular food/ drink places such as bopomofo and 86 cafe.We ordered arroz caldo ( Filipino chicken ginger congee ), it is pretty good! I like the gingerly taste and warmness. We also ordered the pancit ( stirred fried rice noodle with pork ), the portion is large and we take the rest home after. The combination with the rice noodle, cabbage, pork , green onion and shrimp is pretty tasty. Although the shrimp is a little bit smaller.Service is pretty good, the lady is friendly, ask to refill our water, saw our table is a little bit dirty and offer to wipe it down for us.Inside they have a karaoke stage, and projector of music videos, music is lively. We went during lunch and haven’t seen people on stage but the music is soothing to hear. Inside the restaurant is mostly decorated green and red theme- like Christmas lol.Would recommend this place!Parking: Parking on weekend lunch hour is a little bit chaotic since there are other popular restaurants around”

Had the Chinese sausage appetizer (served with slices of raw garlic - YUM), shrimp omelette (with the perfect gooey consistency), braised pork belly rice, and Taiwanese sausage fried rice “ketchup style”. 2 of our dishes also came with soup, and those were yummy as well. I haven’t had a lot of these foods since being in Taiwan years ago, and these definitely satisfied the craving. Will be back to try the Teppan sizzling steak!”

The swift service and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. During our visit, we indulged in paneer makhni with garlic naan and Amritsari kulcha, which were so delectable that we relished them for two consecutive days.”

“This is one of the newest restaurants in Artesia. The restaurant is pretty big and it's very well decorated.It looks like a high-end restaurant. And of course with high-end restaurants comes menu with a slightly pricey. But I think the food is definitely worth it.We got tandoori shrimp, shrimp fried rice, chicken chopuey, wok shrimp, soup and lassi.They served with cone shaped papard and three different chutneys. It looked like that added color to the food to make it more appealing but it was also tasting good. Tandoori shrimp and wok shrimp is recommended.”

Now he suggests take butter gun powder and only to find that it was all gun powder inside dosa and $17.99... I was not at all impressed. So suggestion don't get too much into their ideas they want to sell the most expensive dosa and with too much gun powder it didn't taste good... and this is one of the bossy person who roams around with taking orders.”

They cut their pork ears into super thin strips which made every bite covered in chili oil and easy to chew. This remains my top 1 pork ears in California even after I moved out of Cerritos. “Personally I had no issues with the food itself or the service when I visited last month with two friends. The chicken biryani I ordered was great as were the samosas. However, I don't understand why I keep receiving texts from the business late in the evening complaining that the waiters don't receive tips. This is a rather alarming allegation from whoever the sender is against their employer and hopefully whatever the purported situation or alleged dispute is gets resolved through some other means or avenue. Nonetheless as another reviewer had previously said, this seems rather unprofessional to involve a onetime diner (who has ABSOLUTELY ZERO independent knowledge whatsoever of the working environment at the establishment), and especially to text late at night, at 10 pm. I'd like for the texts to cease, please.”

“Sambar and chutneys were excellent. I was craving something spicy and andra kara masala dosa hit the spot very well. I also liked how it didn't felt too greasy or had an overwhelming buttery taste. However, the dosa came out soft and pale. It would have been a perfect meal if they didn't undercook the dosa.”

Was surprised to see several other customers were also in line at that time, and also placed online orders. We ordered 3 mini sized halo halos, which was less than $25 before tip. I loved that my sister was able to customize her order online without the hassle of talking to someone, as she likes hers PLAIN, no boba, no jackfruit, no nata. Just cereal, ice cream and flan. I also learned that you can choose to have either vanilla or ube ice cream! The upside down halo halo was delicious as always, and is a great refreshing treat on a warm sunny day. Location was easy to find, in a busy shopping center near Jollibee! The cafe was decorated similarly to its chino hills location, with brick walls, some couch seating as well as regular tables & counter high seats. Will be back next time I'm in the area.”

Spicy but not really flavorful. The chicken pieces are too small, I couldn't taste the chicken. We both liked chicken w lobster sauce, mild, so creamy, soft shrimps w lots of veggies. I give 4 stars. Overall, I was not relaxed due to the corner of the entrance. People and the staff bothered me. However, I want more fried Dumplings. Today's best was fried dumplings.”

“The drive-thru is usually busy.Pro-tip: Enter the location from their north entrance while heading east on Artesia Blvd. It will allow you to drive directly to the entrance. If you attempt to enter from the east entrance, there is a good chance you will impede traffic and have to turn around in the small lot.”

After dropping my kids at school, I would go here before my class started...this particular elder woman around her 50s always had to give me an attitude on how much salsa packages I asked for. Like... woman! I bought a burrito, give me 10 packages of salsa cuz sometimes it's dry! Why say...oh no only 4 packages?! I immediately called headquarters and reported this...next day I came, I saw some changes! I'm not here to argue or fight... I need food and I'll be on my way...I'm a paying customer! The Tom Kha was flavorful, with the lemongrass coming through and hint of sweetness. The pineapple fried rice was delicious especially when I had it with the panang which was good. My sister thought it was interesting to see raisins in the fried rice. I didn't try the pad see ew but my niece liked it. I will go back to try more items.”

It's changing over time, there are now at least four or five third wave/Asian style coffee spots in and around Artesia. I stop through here on my drive between la and the westminster court (I'm a defense attorney).So I was here at opening (7 am), they were ready to go, washing the windows even. My cappuccino was very good, pastry options looked like the same stuff they have at all the other third wave coffee places. They had some fun sounding coffee drinks. However, I don't understand why I keep receiving texts from the business late in the evening complaining that the waiters don't receive tips. This is a rather alarming allegation from whoever the sender is against their employer and hopefully whatever the purported situation or alleged dispute is gets resolved through some other means or avenue. Nonetheless as another reviewer had previously said, this seems rather unprofessional to involve a onetime diner (who has ABSOLUTELY ZERO independent knowledge whatsoever of the working environment at the establishment), and especially to text late at night, at 10 pm. My fries could've been hotter but they were good just not off the fryer hot.
