I live sooooo close to this location so i'm always here and never had a bad experience plus the mcdonald's app lets me get a lot of free things most of the time which is amazing. Not to mention that i live, breath, and die Mcdonald's. If mcdonald's was a person i would be walking down the aisle with them RN!!!!!!“

“I’ve been on a falafel dry spell, and by dry spell, I mean every single one I’ve tried in years has been hella dry. Not so at Falafel Flare! The falafel were soft and the herbs inside them combined with the chickpea meal to create a nice, balanced flavor. I dug the pickled radish in the wrap and wish they’d included more! My only complaint is that the flavors were a bit tame, so I’d definitely recommend asking for the hot sauce, too—and more radish!Interestingly, this place used to be called Falafel Flame. The front door had the “m” peeled away, which is now replaced by an “R”. I want the 411 on that situation! It made me laugh to see the obvious change to the name.“

“I've only had takeout, but it's always been good. Enough options for the whole family to find something they like. I always get the Chicago Dog and usually save half for later. “Amazing service and amazing food. Best grilled cheese I ever had in my life. Must add bacon and caramelized onions wow! Strawberry milkshake is the way to go! It’s the best out of all the milkshakes(: Garlic cheese fries are super strong but oh so good! Been here multiple times and never been let down! Always eat in because take out has smaller portions. Eating in has reasonable portions I usually can’t finish my meal in one go! I only ever finish the fries first haha! For two people it was $70 with tip. For a family of four with tip it’s around $100 to $110. But it’s definitely worth it!“

“After being told it’d be over an hour wait at Brenda’s with no reservation, my friend and I decided to walk cross the street and give this place a try, and let me tell ya, it’s definitely Brenda’s a run for their money. “A reliable in n’ out experience. Good service, quick turn around, reasonable price for fast food. Everyone who helped us was very nice. The burgers at in n’ out are a bit overhyped compared to some other burger places, as are the shakes. So if you’re looking for a good tasting burger, this might not be your jam.“

“We tried their brunch menu and was not disappointed. We ordered from the most friendly staff at the window the Andouille Shrimp and Grits which had creamy cheddar grits, the breakfast sandwich with home style fried potatoes, Banana Bread Louise which is banana bread french toast with Bananas Foster topping and a Grains in Purgatory bowl which had farrow. Roasted vegetables and two sunny side up eggs topped with chili crisp. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the Grains in Purgatory was considering it was mostly vegetarian except for the eggs. It has the right amount of spice and the farrow had a nice bite. The breakfast sandwich had scrambled egg and thickly sliced bacon and arugula, the home fries that came on the side were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Those potatoes were the bomb! The gravy on the shrimp and grits was a little too salty for me but those creamy cheddar grits were so rich and smooth. Get the Banana Bread Louise to share for dessert! It's amazing! I look forward to trying items on their lunch menu especially the jerk salmon“

“The drive through line can be pretty long at this location, like many in-n-outs, so I typically park and order inside. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the condiments/napkins are always stocked.The fact that it is by so many other stores I already go to also makes it a convenient location for deferring traffic while running errands.“

It is a half pound beef pattie with cojita cheese, romaine, spring mix greens, sliced tomatoes, sliced avocados, sliced red onion, house sauce (mild or spicy). The fixings come in a separate tray. A parchment paper is layered between the bun and the beef parties. The burger was bomb-diggity good. It took me almost 45 minutes to finish that burger.So delicious was that burger, I returned three days later to buy two California burgers to go.“

Finally, I had some extra time on my way home, so I stopped in and ordered some food. Very old fashioned establishment that reminded me of a Foster's Freeze. They have plenty of options for food and desserts. I went with the quarter pound bacon cheeseburger and spicy fries. The food came out piping hot and delicious! The price was a little more than I was expecting as the burger, fries, and a drink ran me about $20! I should've grabbed pics of the menu since most of the featured ones are pretty old. I saw a few people eating these ice cream cones that had a mountain of soft serve coming out the top! Definitely need to try one next time. The burger and toppings were super fresh and well cooked. I would've liked my bun toasted a little more. The bacon had a great texture and tasted amazing, not that floppy, thin, tasteless stuff that some burger joints use. The spicy fries were potato wedges with a sort of cajun seasoning that gave them a very slight spice. They were crispy but also pillowy and delicious!Plenty of parking behind the restaurant. “This place has been here basically forever since I first lived in San Leandro and the food has always been consistently tasty and fresh. Run by a cute Korean mom and pop couple, the value for a quick lunch is solid. Yes, post pandemic inflation has caused prices to increase but you get what you pay for. Hoagy steak has been a staple for me as an SL local and I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a regular lunch take out place.“

“The Diggery Inn is great. I love this breakfast and lunch spot. I have been coming here for 18 years. I always get one of their hearty scramble plates when I come for breakfast. They have great burgers here too. The meals are all good sized portions. There is indoor and outdoor seating. “Val's hasn't reopened their dining room since the pandemic; you have to call a number posted on their front door and place your order over the phone. Though they have limited hours (Fridays and Saturdays 11-5) and their menu is limited to Papa and Mama burgers, a huge order of fries and drinks. Despite all this, I still feel that they have the best burgers around. I say this even though they got my order wrong. “I used to eat here all the time when I was a kid and I remembered it as a great place for a good burger. I’ve heard this place changed ownership and wanted to see if it’s still good as I remember. I got the Double Bulky Bacon Cheeseburger, with Fries and a butterscotch milkshake. I have to say the burger did not let me down. It was a pretty good size burger the meat was still juicy inside and it was a bit messy with their burger sauce but it added good flavor. It had shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles as well. The fries were shoestring that was lightly seasoned with salt and they were still a little soft not too crispy which I like with those fries. If you like them crispy ask for them to be well done. The butterscotch milkshake was nice and thick, just wish it had more butterscotch flavor. Overall I really enjoyed everything and as far as price wise with all the price hikes everywhere else, it’s still a good deal for its price.“
