While I do enjoy the food at this restaurant the customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen at any place. While I understand some people have off days and as some one who has worked in food service I can definitely relate to that but the poor attitude and lazy behavior are a constant for everyone but Eric, he is the only person here saving this from a 1 star review. After a bad review I wrote for a different Panda Express in Bakersfield I was given a gift card by one of their representatives to try them again. It was a very nice thing for them to do. Today I used that card at the Panda Express on Stockdale Hwy and it was a totally different experience. The restaurant was clean and wasn't to busy, the staff was very nice and very helpful and the food was delicious. It was hot and well cooked and tasty. I think they have won me back. This panda is my go to because of the close proximity to my residence and I love it. It's usually so good but other times the rice is a bit dry. Other than that I think it's always clean and nice to eat at so not much complaints here!
