Good lighting to feel safe but terrible to get a fast nap in. Right now they are remolding and parking is an obstacle course. Staff is nice but the restrooms could use an update. Since there isn't much around I'll take what I can get for a potty break. Decent amount of truck traffic.
Yeah, I don't buy gas from Shell. Why? It's flipping expensive! Plus there's little to no competition and that makes it even more expenesive. With that said, I've only ever bought snacks at the mini-mart. And when you're either coming from Buena Vista Golf Course, the Lake, or a long caching trip in the Carrizo Plains it's nice to a have such a clean spot to use the restroom and refuel with Red Bull. I LOVE subway and I've never had too many issues with this location. The manager is very polite every time I go in there the only issue is with his employees have a little too much attitude and don't always give the nicest facial expressions. Not all of them are like that, most of them are really cool and try to make me smile everytime I'm in there. Overall it's a good place for lunch!
