“I like the food at taco bell ok but it's not authentic Mexican food. I prefer authentic Mexican food. I do miss the Frito burrito tht they used to offer on their value menu tho.

“I never really give five stars. ( if you check my reviews you can tell I normally have pretty negative experiences in Bakersfield) but I gave Taco Bell another chance after they are trying to use robots to take our order, and we ordered one quadrillion tacos so we could speak to a human. Keep reading this isn't fake we really did that. A very high spirited voice ring over the loud speaker to take our order with no problem whatsoever we're leaving our stress and contempt for the robot takeover. With no kidding Jocelyn who was working at 3:30 p.m. on October 28th was one of the nicest and most professional employees we've run into. She assured us that we can always speak to a human if we'd like because what the customer wants is important. We did not have to repeat our order to her and she clarified that things she needed to so our order was perfect. Good job team! Go to this Taco Bell“
“Let me tell you, I've been going to Taco Bell for years now since they're one of the only fast food spots to offer vegetarian options or vegetarian substitutions. The food and experience have always been subpar so I know to lower my expectations.
However, today, the food was ridiculously delicious, I could not believe it. Whoever was working today (7/24/24) between the hours of 10pm-11pm, kudos to you and your team. Every single item was made correctly and with quality ingredients and the flavor was what I always knew Taco Bell was capable of. I know this is due to the employees who took their time to make the order PERFECT ? THANK YOU!
Special shout out to the star of the show: the Cheesy Street Chalupa (I had the meat substituted with potatoes), it was insanely good and I hope it's here to stay.“
“I hadn't been here in a while, but tried it today and seeing Maria and her staff today made me want to come back again! The food was well made, cooked to yummy deliciousness. “Really nice taco bell with very friendly and helpful staff. I looked at certain combos online on my app before I came. I noticed the drive-thru prices or significantly higher on the combos than in the app. Drive-thru staff helped me understand how ordering on the app works and even explained that you want to do it about 10 minutes in advance so that they have time to get the food ready and then all you have to do is pull in, give them your name and then pull around and pay . I got my combo at the price that is on the app which made me very happy. The food was great. The chips were crispy and fresh, the soda was highly carbonated (hate flat soda) and we were pleased with our meal.“

“Great food, but the problem is have with this location is that they force you to use self-service computers. Is this a way to get rid of jobs since their wages are so high? Yes, I do not agree with them making 21.00 a hour. But, using computers is going to put more people out of jobs. Less jobs more homeless.“

“i was having a terrible day and decided i’d get some food to end the night. usually, the mt vernon location messes up my order every time. however, the cashier seth double checked my bag and i even heard them ask where an item was. after so many bad experiences i really appreciated the time that they took to look over my order and make sure everything was in order. definitely made my day better :) thank you seth.“

“On April 21, I stopped by Taco Bell to pick up lunch to take to the soccer park. I ordered 2 steak quesadillas. When I got to the soccer park, I had a taco and a bean burrito in my sack. I called them to let them know. Carrina was very apologetic and said she would remake them if I came back. I did so hours later. Everyone was very apologetic, and worked quickly to get me the correct order. They gave me a free soda for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, how it’s resolved and everyone’s attitude both customer and employee, goes a long ways toward repeat business. I give this restaurant a 5 star review, because they took care of me, and I was friendly toward them without attitude. Thank you Carrina and crew.“
“Awesome staff at this location. The food was fresh, hot, delicious. All vegetables were crisp and perfect. The beans and ground beef cooked to perfection as well. Very good place to grab a quick bite to eat on the go or to take home and eat. The staff at this location are very friendly and very helpful with all the questions I had about certain items. Pricing is totally reasonable. I really enjoy this location a d would recommend everyone to try it out!“

But this taco bell stood out to us!
We went to this taco bell between 310 and 320 pm on 09/08 24 and the young man at the window was exceptionally polite and proffessional!
He also handed us the freshest bag of food that we literally have ever gotten from a taco bell.
I just wish every taco bell coukd follow these standarsds!
The shells were so crunchy ann it was all so fresh and good.
Unfortunately we live far from this taco bell.
The young man at the window is one of the most kindest and polite person that we have dealt with at a drive thru.

“Very interesting experience now with AI taking our order at every drive thru. It did a good job at this location; at other locations a real person has had to step in and help it out. Obviously there is a real person at the window to take your $ and give you your food.“

“Food items are constantly changing . The good items that used to be on the menu are no longer there and not able to even be custom ordered. I'm not sure if TB is under new management as a corporate, but the items that sale and people like, shouldn't be taken off the menu. It's almost as TB is leaning towards Keto styled foods.“
“I think this taco bell is definitely one of my top 3 favorites. They sometimes mess up and only give me Diablo sauce and not mild but I have so much in my fridge at home. Fast service and does get busy late at night specially on the weekends. Employees are always nice though.“
“It’s not a bad location. I would just avoid this place during afternoon hours when the nearby HS ends. The place becomes very raucous during this hour. I can’t really fault the workers for getting my order incorrect during this time. Otherwise it’s a decent TB to go for your cravings.“

“This is such a nice Taco Bell. The employees are professional and courteous. Our order was correct. It was delicious. The new chicken tenders were recommended. They were right! Yummy and not at all dry. There was this lovely employee who bought lunch for a local, frequent person who's down on his luck. It was heartwarming to see that he was treated with such civility and kindness. We'll definitely be returning and recommending this Taco Bell location“
