They should be able to park on top next to the restaurant. There is plenty of parking down below, but you do have to walk up a few stairs to reach the restaurant.?Kid-friendliness: Everyone is very nice. We came up from the peninsula on our way to our boat in the Delta and stopped for breakfast at the Black Bear Restaurant in Oakley. The restaurant was in tip-top shape, well taken care of and managed, food was absolutely yummy, and Veronica had a smile on her face during our entire visit. She was just exceptional and spectacular! “This is my go to place. I have had some delicious Burgers. But Hd remains consistent the stove is friendly the food comes out quick and hot and the pricing is very fair. “Great cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. We've had both meals there several times. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. It's a great old fashioned looking cafe. The staff are great. You might even be greeted by the nice owner Paul taking a break outside the restaurant by the parking lot. My husband loves the Joe's scramble for breakfast. My favorite for lunch is the tuna melt and patty melt. Their fries are also really good.“
“I cannot rave enough about this establishment. I love the atmosphere! They have the largest private collection of African safari animals. You feel like you're in a museum where you can eat and drink! The food is always tasty and the drinks are nice and cold. I love coming here for lunch or a late night hang with friends. “Just got back from a delicious dinner! The cocktails were amazing! Food was delicious, no to go boxes because we couldn’t stop from finishing. And the service, the service was amazing. Our server recommend wines and knew all about what was available and spot on! She was fantastic and the hostess was what you don’t see anymore and should, welcoming! “I had a good experience here at Black Angus. We had a big party and our waitress (Briana) did a fantastic job with our group. Drinks were refilled, orders were correct, and she was super friendly. The Beer menu was fine, it was mostly Macro stuff, but they had a couple of the good Macro options, and a couple Shadow Puppet beers as well. The Food was decent, the Brussel Sprouts were really good. My Filet Mignon Sandwich was decent, the meet was good, but it could have used more bell pepper imo. We were greeted promptly sat by the window with a beautiful view. Amanda our server was excellent as was all our food and drinks. We tried many of the specialties short ribs, seared Ahi, rib eye and lobster mac and cheese (my favorite). We ate here two nights both were five stars!“
