“This location is by far the BEST of all the Nekter Juice Bar's. The owner is AWESOME and is always here. Our orders are always consistent and customer service is great! What sets this location apart from the rest is the bang for the bucks and the customer service. Unlike the other Nekters around San Diego I have been to (La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad), when you order a fresh juice with ice, this location will give you a second cup with the remaining juice for the size you ordered. If you have a 32oz juice and the ice takes up 4oz, you will get the 4oz of juice in a second cup. They don't toss it out like other places. The customer service industry is deteriorating rapidly and you don't get that feeling when you come here. We are happy to call this our Spot!“

“I had high hopes for the brown sugar sage latte but it fell short for me. The sage flavor wasn't really there for me and the almond milk made my drink taste a bit off. I would get oatmilk next time. “As always, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and seated immediately (always recommend a rezi just in case). Our server, Angelo, from beginning to end was awesome and friendly. The restaurant is quiet and nicely laid out. The food....amazing. We ordered the California Burrito, Taquitos with guacamole & shredded cheese and tacos Al pastor. The service was fast and made fresh to order. If you're in the area or just passing by, please consider trying Cortez Mexican Food...I promise you won't be disappointed. On a side note: The tacos are not your typical street style tacos...they're much larger and very filling.“
