“Excellent food (I had three of their exquisite shrimp tacos), excellent service (everyone was quick to help us with our dining experience not just our designated waiter. On top of that, our waiter in particular had a very delightful and positive personality), and excellent atmosphere (both indoor and outdoor, seating is very tasteful and the vibes are incredible, the music especially is my favorite). On top of all that, the prices of everything is extremely affordable and reasonable! (Each shrimp taco was only 5$!!!) This is a 5 out of 5 establishment and I plan to come here again the next time I visit San Diego. (The complimentary chips and salsas, yes plural, are incredible too!)“
“This is a small vegan cafe, me and my dad go too frequently. The options on their menu are very filling and everything is delicious.There's not much service as you just order then get seated, and the cafe is very small so minimal atmosphere. Overall a great place that we will continue to frequent - I suggest the burritos, avocado toast, or smoothies!“
“Let me start off by saying, the setting and backdrop of this restaurant is nothing short of spectacular. Such a great place to take pictures and enjoy a serene walk around the pond. The staff was very friendly, even though we walked in and didn't have a reservation. Nor were we dressed for the occasion. I love that they give you a little starter plate of fresh fruit and veggies - it was so nice! We came for birthday dessert, and was not disappointed! Ordered the lemon berry mascarpone cake, and the flourless chocolate torte and wow... absolutely delicious. I couldn't decide which one I enjoyed more. The flourless chocolate cake was perfectly chocolate-y, and the lemon cake was super moist, the right amount of lemon-y, and not too sweet. We didn't order any other food items, but based on the tables around the burger and salads looked pretty tasty! If you're in the area, I would definitely check this place out!“
“Shoutout to Tanner man, he's the employee on the front lines handling business. An angry, drunk customer who wanted to get free food by throwing a tantrum was tamed by this man. Apparently that customer comes in weekly and Tanner is ready to mitigate the situation every time. I love Luna Grill, I go here to enjoy delicious food and normally it's pretty chill here. But that guy was on the loose, hungry for success and Tanner kept his composure. That's the kind of service and clear thinking under pressure that's inspiring. If you're reading this Tanner and ever considered Real Estate, you can get your license and I'll personally refer you to the company I work for: Realty ONE Group Pacific--office in Carlsbad. “Amazing buffalo chicken and cheesesteak pizza. I thought the cheesesteak could use a little more salt but otherwise delicious food. The guys that work there are also incredibly friendly. When we went to order there was only 1 guy cooking alone but he did great and we didn't have to wait too long! I definitely recommend. Try their tiramisu, not sure if it's made in house but it's so yummy!“
“Tried the jefe torta, lemonade with dragon and their strawberry and mango smoothie today with my mom and everything was so delicious! I live in east county, lakeside and have been to Chula Vista and el Cajon to try tortas but this place by far has been my favorite, ever! They are so friendly and have the best customer service! Have never had someone welcome me with a smile the entire time like them. It is a drive for me but I will definitely be back! To top it off, they have amazing prices! “This place is excellent! I've been here many times-always good BUT...it has grown into a wonderful experience. Our lunch choices were all great - no way to improve them. We had a Reuben, a Make-Your-Own (roast beef, havarti, onion roll), & a Deli Rose - all super. The sandwiches came with chips & pickles, we added pepperonis & a veggie bowl. All so good. Now for the 'staff'. They have a way of making you feel welcomed & cared for. We deserved a frown - asking for an outside table & then had to ask to move inside after the breeze appeared but we didn't get anything but understanding. Smiles, suggestions, and explanations about the menu - I left feeling like I had been to a friend's house. I will be back very soon!“

Their means and rice are authentic, their chili relleno is so tasty, the chips and salsa verde are great, and my husband and bestie loved their burritos. The service was wonderful, this was our first time, and a male employee kindly kept checking that we had what we needed. Ordered the small veggie pizza, thin crust, and friend ordered a small bruschetta pizza, also thin crust. Both pizzas had ample ingredients and were nongreasy. This place totally hit it out of the park.“
“The tortillas are all handmade and are so good!! My favorite tacos are all the ones with pork, their pork is nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. It's juicy and flavorful! The Baja Fish taco is good and only $1.99/each. The BEST thing on the menu though is the Carnitas Fries, it's a large portion so it's great to share. The drinks are okay, nothing special there. Go for the food for sure. The service is fine and the ambiance is casual. Free street also lot parking available.“

“We had just spent all day Saturday being ground into dust at a car dealership in Temecula on buying a car for my wife. Too tired to fight Saturday night restaurant crowds, we decided to stop off here. We ordered a cheese pie and a meatball red onion and garlic pie and some buffalo wings. I had minimal expectations, really. Just hungry. They were also busy and we had to wait, our bad for not calling. The pies were. so. freaking. excellent. Really surprising. Beautiful crust, good cheese and sauce. Even the wings were right. The meatball pie was a little stinky with the onions and garlic but still very excellent, it's what I like. The place was clean, and the girl at the counter was very nice despite the evening rush being what I would describe as slightly chaotic. I can't wait to get another pie here!“
“Just ate here for the first time. It's a super small location in a strip mall, however don't let that fool you! We ordered the 15 piece sashimi for $30 (two them because they were so delicious), two rolls, a few beers, sake, and edamame and our bill was very reasonable for a sushi place. The fish was fresh and buttery. Would 100% eat here again. Probably the best fish I've had in San Diego county so far (I'm also a sushi snob).“

“I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. I stop here often, but most recently was the trip that prompted this 5 star review. I stopped in with my husband, niece and two nephews. I was tired and it had been a long day but every member of the staff that I encountered brought a smile to my face with their words/actions and it felt so refreshing to be surrounded by kind people. The food as always was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed having a quick dinner with our niece and nephews who were just over the moon about the mac n cheese and the play place.“
