“The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

“Great quality smoothies on a regular basis and staff is super friendly every time.“
“This is the first time I visited this establishment. La Michoacana has a lot of locations in different cities. I know a lot of people that come here and they say it’s great so I had to see for myself the mangoneadas is delicious. They make their own ice cream and yogurt. They have many different option items on the menu. The interior is put together really nicely, it catches the eye with bright colors, and there are plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your dessert. As for customer service, the female who was working needs customer service communication skills. I speak Spanish, but others don’t and that’s a problem. This establishment is located inside the Brea Mall. I’m sure I’ll be visiting another La Michoacana soon.
Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses on the premises
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly

“★★★★★ A Sugar-Fueled Wonderland (Now With Overpriced Water)
Welcome to Yogurtland on Imperial Highway in Brea—the place where my children’s most unhinged dessert dreams come true. This isn’t just a frozen yogurt shop; it’s a mad science lab where kids gleefully construct monstrous sugar towers, unburdened by concepts like “flavor compatibility” or “digestive consequences.”
The toppings bar is a marvel of excess. Gummy bears? Check. Rainbow jelly? Absolutely. Popping boba? Of course. Fruity Pebbles? Yep. Chocolate sauce AND whipped cream? Naturally. The yogurt itself? Let’s be real—it’s just a $.79 per ounce vehicle for transporting as much candy as possible into my children’s bodies.
The staff is friendly, even as they watch kids systematically empty every topping bin like tiny dessert goblins. Prices are steep, and they used to offer delightful self-serve water infused with floating strawberries—an elegant touch. But they got wise to our hydration freeloading and now charge $2.70 for a bottle. A necessary evil, I suppose, when your child’s cup is 90% gummy worms.
Highly recommend—just maybe bring your own water and don’t schedule a dentist appointment the next day.“
