One morning I found a chocolate croissant on the kitchen table. The kids have already eaten, so I claimed it for myself. I expected the usual (there are several options close to us) but I was shock by the burst of flavor! Crisp on the outside, soft and buttery dough, delicious chocolate. What is it? Where did you get it? I asked my wife. And I learned it's Solignac from Gus's Market. Now I'm spoiled and I always crave for more...
Croissants were amazing! Seriously so yummy for bake at home, a real treat. I look forward to having these again and trying other treats! Do you sell online or at stores only? I’m in Santa Cruz, CA.

I baked your frozen croissants at home and was finally able to tell my husband that this is what croissants are supposed to taste like. He rolls his eyes and thinks I'm a snob because I won't eat croissants in coffee shops but I ate my first croissant in France and nothing has ever hit that benchmark, since. Until now. He now understands what I mean. Thank you so much for these fantastic croissants.
