“Amazing food, wonderful people!I ran across the BLT Lunch Truck today, and it was like finding a hidden gem! ?I had the vegan burger with the side of chips and an Arnold Palmer (green tea & lemonade style), and everything was so fresh and clearly made with intention - from the herbs on the chips to the homemade bun.I will absolutely be coming back!”
“Great place to get a quick bite to eat like a sandwich, soup of the day or some pastries. Also a nice place just to take a break and have lunch.Vegetarian options: They serve different kinds of salads.Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room to accommodate.”
“We LOVE Julie's Deli Brisbane. Terrific friendly service, and the most delicious mouth-watering Ruben Sandwich we've ever experienced. I highly recommend Julie's deli and we also love their Dad's Old Fashioned Caffeine Free Root Beer! Yum Yum Yum! Julie's Brisbane deli is located in a Hallmark-esque charming town nestled just outside of San Francisco.”
“MoBowL stands out as my ultimate favorite food truck in the SF/Bay Area. Every dish they craft bursts with flavor, and their presentation is undeniably Instagram-worthy. Kevin and Will consistently deliver exceptional service, going above and beyond even during peak hours. This food truck embodies the epitome of customer service and culinary excellence, making it a true hidden gem in the SF/Bay Area culinary scene. I've frequented MoBowL numerous times, from their pre Covid days in FiDi, to indulging in their dinner specials during the pandemic, and even enjoying their offerings at Bare Bottle on weekends. We've also entrusted them with catering for various bday parties, and each time, the experience has been nothing short of superb, with consistently fantastic food quality. On top of all that, their prices are incredibly reasonable, making it a mystery how they sustain their business with such low charges--make sure to show appreciation by tipping generously! Among their offerings, some of my personal favorites include the flavorful galbijim, the delectable seafood pan roast, the hearty cioppino, Kevin's mouthwatering fried chicken, and the irresistible combination of fries and pulled pork. These days, MoBowL primarily operates from their Brisbane location, offering takeout for fortunate locals, and they're a staple at Bare Bottle during weekends. Their Instagram feed hints at occasional dinner specials, including my beloved galbijim, which rivals even the famed Daeho at half the cost. For those unwilling to venture to ssf, you can arrange food delivery across the Bay Area for larger orders or family meals, just call or text them for options and pricing--definitely worth exploring! The level of passion and professionalism displayed by MoBowL is evident not only in their flavorful creations but also in their business conduct. I wholeheartedly endorse them and can't recommend them enough. Whether you're seeking a quick lunch or catering for a special event, MoBowL consistently delivers a memorable dining experience that exceeds expectations.”
“I love the customer service and the food!! Everyone is super nice and whenever you need something, they are easy to approach. Quick to order too as we placed it online. They are also PET FRIENDLY!”
“Food was fresh here and decently priced. Especially for San Francisco prices. The food was also good, we went in here ordering kind of last minute since we didn't check hours and the staff was super friendly and still thanked us for coming in. I didn't get any pictures since we devoured the food, but would recommend coming here.”
“start with the fresh crispy tortilla chips and spicy salsa with the Pico de Gallo, then devour delicious huevos con chorizo, and the BEST pozole! Every bite is a flavor punch; bold and melt-in-the-mouth goodness.”
“A dear friend invited me to experience a bit of "traditional" Hong Kong style hot pot. It was a different experience for me as I had not been to a restaurant where you get literally a hot pot and then you have to dip meat of one form or another into it and you add all the ingredients on the fly -- egg, veggies, tofu? Etc... And apparently I started off wrong, but once she showed me how it was yum yum all the way through. Be sure to come hungry because it's an unending supply of soup and you can always order more of the beef, lamb or other meats. #TheBrokerWithAHeart.Parking: This is a mall in this thing and parking is always available.”
“Bring my sis here to celebrateher B day. Love the food right here. Food aree a little bit pricey but Good quality. The oster with quailegg and uni is my must order dish. The steam eggs as well. It can be really cold if your sit outdoor. Service is fair and can be improve.”
“Even though the "Open" LED sign was turned off, L&D Bistro is actually open. I was the only customer at noon and then it became 1/2 full at 12:30pm. The thing about restaurants with the word "bistro" in the name always puts a smile on my face. It reminds me of the old TV sitcom Three's Company where Jack Tripper owned Jack's Bistro. That show was hilarious. There's none of that wackiness here though. I had the fried shrimp & calamari $13 as my appetizer. That was good. They put a bed of tomato red sauce on the bottom with some capers. It would have been better if there were tarter sauce available. Chef's choice I guess. It was still good. For my entree, I took advantage of the lunch special $14.50, which comes with a beer or a soft drink. My grilled Angus top sirloin steak came out well done'ish, even though I ordered it medium. It is challenging, to say the least, to cook that thin piece of meat right. Regardless, still good. It took about 35 minutes for the entree to come out if you have a limited timed lunch break like I do. You pay at the cashier when you are done, which is more efficient. Service was excellent.”
“Another delicious breakfast burrito. I ordered the chorizo that was made fresh while I waited. Le Gourmet also has great lunch options to if you are ever in the Brisbane, CA area.”
“Really just a boba guys. Asked why it's called the burrow and was told that it's where a lot of their pasties are delivered out from. Overall boba guys is pretty solid boba. I usually order a jasmine milk tea with 70% sweetness. Only downside is that sometimes the boba can be a little watery and I wish that the tea taste was stronger/more consistent”
“Old school neighborhood Chinese restaurant! The place was empty when we arrived. We were seated promptly. That was the end of the promptness. The waitress showed up eventually and returned a while later to take our order. The food plates came out gradually. We were in no hurry so it was all good for us. Everything was very good. I thought we had bought too much food. But we ate all of it.The building is an old school 1940's? Ish place on the foothills of the inside of the bowl that forms Brisbane. Up slightly from the town below there are large windows with loads of natural light that look out to the small town.I am very sensitive to msg and the staff assured me they add none to their dishes. Indeed I ate hot and sour soup, broccoli beef and other plates that escape me with no problems. If you are nearby I strongly suggest a stop in at NaNa's. She ain't in a rush and neither should you be.”
“I was happy to know this place opens early in the morning especially when I have an early work shift and I'm always hungry in the morning. Haven't been here in a long time but this spot has parking and not as busy as other locations and it's very clean. Ordered me the meatball and pepperoni foot long because the 6" is a tease lol and I was very pleased that it's still a bomb as I last had it. Got a dozen of the different cookies and them... raspberry ones are THE ONES!!! YUMM ?”
“Came here because I had some time to kill before picking up my mom at SFO. Also, I've been following Chef Reina on Instagram for years!I'm so happy I stopped by and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I had a bit of a food tour before coming here so I really wasn't that hungry at all but I ended up getting the crunch wrap. Kay, who was working there was so incredibly nice, walked me through the menu, and we gushed about NYC's vegan food scene. The crunch shop was incredible. It was packed to the rim with all the right flavors and textures. If you can't decide what to get in you're hungry this is definitely going to fill you up - I wasn't able to finish at all. There isn't anywhere to eat inside, but it's an order at the window situation and then there's a table outside to eat at. Also, if you need a restroom, you can use the gorgeous public library, which is just a block or two up.I'm dying to come back with a big appetite and try the birria as well as some other items!Vegetarian options: It's vegan and therefore 100% vegetarianDietary restrictions: It's 100% vegan so vegetarian and pescatarian, by default”
