“The food is always consistent and what one would expect. Service fluctuates based on the server. One lady was on point, while another asked if there was anything else we would like. Less than 1 second later, I was about to reply and she was already walking away, without even waiting for my response to her question. Additionally, they only honor senior discounts if one has an AARP card. My mom is obviously over 80 years old, way past the borderline senior status, but they would not allow for a senior discount based on their robotic rules. It would obviously and reluctantly have to reflect on their tip.“

“I love this place it's been so long since we came here. I was craving a delicious breakfast today so suggested Harbor House. What can I say, been coming here for like 20 years wow that's such a long time! It doesn't even feel like that long, this place is amazing. I love their corn beef hash and eggs, I always have them make it extra crispy, the hash browns extra crispy and I got a side of extra crispy bacon. I remember they used to have the home style potatoes if I remember correctly, but it's been a while since we have been here so sort of forgot. I also had a coke with grenadine so delicious. My husband ordered the Denver Omelette with cheese with hash browns and coffee. Was a nice brunch/lunch. Usually this place is always packed with lines out the door. Today it wasn't too busy maybe we came at the off time of day. The parking lot is small and is a little crazy when it is busy but I love that it's near Sunset Beach. I love coming down here such a beautiful drive and area. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Brought our drinks and food out quickly. I love the ambiance here with all the posters of old movies and the pictures of the movie stars on the walls, the lights too, they have posters hanging on the sealing's as well. Where we sat at the top part in the back area they have these old bingo games all over the walls to which I love. Nice that they haven't changed anything for the last 25 years. Still cool atmosphere I forever love. We usually always sit in the top area of the back of the restaurant so we can overlook everything and have a private sort of area which is nice. “We went to Disney for 3 days, this Denny's was in walking distance of our hotel and has an ART bus stop right out front to take you to the park. Every morning we were greeted by their friendly staff, enjoyed a filling breakfast and most importantly hot coffee. Frank and the crew took good care of us. Plus they are open 27/7.“

“My family and I came in for brunch today, we actually have 2 other Denny’s that are closer to us but the other ones were extremely crowded, which is expected as it is a Sunday. This Denny’s was not too crowded, and our waitress was great. She was an older Asian woman, and was extremely patient and polite. One thing that stood out to me was that she did not bring my bill mid meal as other Denny’s do. She was also very attentive the whole visit and made sure we were taken care of without being too intrusive. All in all 10/10 experience :) we will definitely drive the extra miles and be coming back!“
“They took an old Santa Fe train depot and converted it to a diner. Lots of seating. I judge diners on their bacon cheeseburgers. This place made fantastic ones. Thick, smokey bacon. Fresh beef. Crispy lettuce. Savory everything. Fries were so-so. Only two guys at the grill, but they hustled. All the staff hustled. There was not much of a wait between ordering and receiving the food. Amtrak and Metrolink trains zoom past the restaurant but they are not intrusive. Excellent all around.“

The eggs were as ordered his steak was cooked perfectly good flavor and tender. The croissant was fresh and flaky. Service was attentive, and friendly. The restaurant is decided in two the front has large windows booths and a counter. It was updated in the 80s to a 50s throwback look with pink neon and white Formica. The bar is dark with natural woods a small dance floor. In the evening it has its own entry The parking lot has space for both cars and big rig trucks. Restrooms are extremely small in the front while not huge the restrooms in the bar are less claustrophobic.“

“I come to this Denny's sometimes 4 days a week and always around the same time (2-4 am) and always order the same thing (coffee and lumberjack slam with eggs over medium white toast and upgraded pancakes to the salted caramel banana pancakes). By now as soon as I walk through the door , I am always greeted warmly by the same gentlemen (except on Saturdays when there is a lovely woman serving me) By now I never need to repeat what I'm getting because they already know. And are letting me know they'll put in my order. I love that, they are always attentive and by the time I'm out of the restroom, my coffee is waiting for me to fix up with French vanilla creamer and sugar and spoon there for me to mix in. “Great food! I tried the bacon burger, and my kid ordered the Hickory burger, both with very thick bacon, and cooked to perfection! The fries had the right amount of crispness, the barbecue sauce, and the ranch dressing were some of the best I've ever had. We also got an Oreo Shake, another hit. The consistency was perfect. It's not overly thick but thick enough to easily drink with the straw even though it had small oreo chunks. We got our food in less than 10 minutes, and even though we went 30 minutes before closing time, our waiter, Anthony, encouraged us to take as much time as we needed. Anthony was an excellent waiter. He was nice, always checked up on us to see how we were doing, and if we needed anything, he made sure he took care of everything. He also told us that kids eat free on Tuesdays when ordering off the kids menu.
