I had a horrible experience sadly. Clerk was rude disrespectful and on a power trip. Talked down to me and mocked me. So I asked for a refund he told me to get it myself just don't go here. Looking at their reviews this is normal. I left with no food and severely embarrassed and humiliated by his behavior. This location has the worse customer service I’ve dealt with at any Popeyes I visited. They talked rudely when I asked them why my order was taking so long and four customers that ordered after me had gotten their food. Also after I ordered my food the cashier went to the back to serve food. After I got my order and opened it at home, they had not included the chicken tender convo which was for my kid. This review is for the past week on November 2nd! You guys had a coupon code pop up so me and my coworkers all ordered from here! I got the 4 pieces of chicken. One breast spicy, one leg spicy, one wing spicy, and one thigh spicy. A side of Mac and cheese and 2 biscuits!! The food was amazing! Cooked just right l! The chicken was very tender and juicy!
