“We stopped on our road trip home and the waitress said “you won’t be disappointed” and she was 100% correct! Hubby finally got his beef ribs, daughter loved her tri-tip, onion rings were fantastic, and the country fried chicken salad was so good! The staff were friendly and it was the fuel we needed for the rest of our trip.”

We stop by Buttonwillow off I5 all the time coming and going from LA to Sac, so we frequent all the food vendors.I’m glad we decided to try this one, the food is seriously authentic (hard to find)! Something as simple as a bean tostada was sooo good! Freshly fried tostada and authentic beans…yummy! I couldn’t wait to receive my order. And my order did not disappoint, salsa flavors and just everything was good!!!I recommend stopping by next time you are driving by. Nice menu selection. I can’t wait to try more next time I stop by. Aside from the good flavors, they have handmade tortillas!!! ?”

“Based on reviews, we took a short drive from the 5 freeway, drove to Buttonwillow & enjoyed a relaxing lunch. We ordered tortas (1 pastor & 1 chicken) at the counter & got an assortment of salsas & pickled vegetables while we waited. The food was great, service was pleasant & the simple restaurant was clean & comfortable. This was a nice break from the freeway and fast food. ☺️”

“It was so hot outside and this motel was perfect, starting with the front desk personnel. My room was clean, nice and comfortable and faced a green grass courtyard. But most importantly, the air conditioning worked GREAT! My shower was fabulous and the bed was so comfy that I woke up before I even knew I had fallen asleep. If you need a place to stop after being on the long and unending road, this is the place for a quiet break.”
