“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. The ambiance is very Italian and welcoming. We found a true gem! Thank you Robert, Eddie and staff! We will be back soon!”

We had the pleasure of enjoying Christmas lunch with family at this amazing, family-owned authentic El Salvadoran restaurant, and it was such a treat! 🌮❤️ The flavors were absolutely incredible, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made it feel like the perfect holiday gathering spot. The locals were so welcoming and personal, and the staff/owner were incredibly kind and amazing. As a special touch, they even gifted us a homemade order of plantain bananas with fresh handmade sour cream – it was so delicious, it literally melted in my mouth! The food is very tasty and flavorful without feeling heavy or greasy. Quite affordable and there are many fresh options to choose from. It is also a bakery and they provide catering too.

The service was great too. Super friendly staff and they were great at educating us on the dishes since we were not too familiar with Phillipino cuisine. We got quite a bit of food and they were even kind enough to let us try an additional dish!

The pork adobo is excellent, as well as the Tocino. Well actually everything was good! Will definitely be coming back and will be bringing friends.”

Surprised by how big the portions were—definitely worth the price. Orange chicken had good flavor, but the breading wasn’t as fresh as I’d like. Chow mein was a little too soft for my taste, but still had decent flavor.

Xo sauce string beans didn’t have much flavor, but I tasted the sauce in the bottom of the container and it was good so maybe the beans need to marinate more. I’ll try it again tomorrow and see if it tastes better. So, all in all, I’d say the food is kind of average.”

Nordstrom also bakes all of their cookies and pasteries for the ebar in house.

I ordered an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso my goto, and it was made perfectly balanced, refreshing, and just what I needed after a long day of shopping. The barista even double-checked my name and asked if I wanted a straw or not, which might seem small, but it really made me feel seen and valued.

The seating area was clean and calm, and I appreciated that I could sit for a bit, recharge, and people watch without feeling rushed. There’s something about this location that just feels cozy, even in the middle of a busy mall. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Great drinks, kind team, and a little pocket of calm in the chaos of the mall.”

The food is always as expected. Hot, flavorful, mildly spicy and more than I can eat in a sitting!

The salsa is a bit lackluster: watery and not very flavorful, but, I don't go here to fill up on chips and salsa😉

I've visited this restaurant a few times in the past six months; tasting a variety of dishes: tacos, burrito, enchiladas, chile colorado.
All are served with ample sides (typically Spanish rice and pinto beans). The food taste like 'homemade food' should taste. The dishes have a familiar depth of flavor that takes me back to my Auntie's kichen.
They must use family recipes as the food always has that comforting feeling you get when someone serves you a plate made with love and pride!
I've yet to be disappointed in my meal and don't anticipate I will!

Give them a try, you'll be back time and again!!!
