“I ordered a birthday cake for my niece 18th birthday, which was a backyard tropical luau BBQ party. I sent Kate some pictures of the decorations, and she wrote back to me her idea for the cake. I'm sorry I don't have pictures but the cake was GORGEOUS. We got the funfetti and vanilla buttercream, and have to say it was the best cake and buttercream I have tasted too. I do a lot of amateur hobby baking, and my buttercream or cake does not come close. Absolutely will order from Kate again for special occasion cakes and creating beautiful memories!“
“I purchased a cake at the store for my daughter's birthday. When I got there the two young ladies behind the counter were so nice and very helpful. I picked the cake and then one of them added a beautiful design and "Happy Birthday" to the cake. The cake was delicious! I also purchased two number candles and the one worker told me exactly where to light the candles so the sparkle was really big and looked good in pictures. She was right! I love the fact that the store has so many cakes and treats that you do not have to order in advance if your forget last minute. I will say the small cake that I did purchase was on the more expansive side, though in this case it was worth it! I will be bake to Susie Cakes!“
“NBC is always a win! Ordered online for pick up later in week. Ordering was super easy and loved that it provided all local areas to complete pick-up. Chose the 12-mini bundtinis, created my own variety. Received confirmation quickly once order was placed. Pick up was quick, no issues with service or product. Store seemed clean during quick visit. Cashier came out from the back once I entered. The bundtinis were yummy and satisfying, always a hit for play dates!
