Working the same mall as this location I order from them 5 days a week. Customer service used to be phenomenal, but there seems to be a shift in the management team.. all the females I’ve encountered working there currently are very rude with attitudes. Prior to this team shift I would be greater by my name as soon as I walked in. They would even joke around and say see you tomorrow after I picked up my order bag. Good sandwich, great service! Stopped in here with a toddler who was completely melting down, and the young man at the counter recognized my situation and stepped right up to help. Thanks so much for the chocolate chip cookies that restored my little boy to sanity. (And got the California club that provided a great dinner for me.)
