“Tried this place a couple weeks ago with my mom while in town visiting. At first the area seems to be sketchy but thought we'd still give it a try! From inside it's super tiny with a few tables as in about 3ish which looked very clean and comfortable. The lady who took our order was helpful going over some options as it being our first time! As per usual I always order generals chicken, let me just say probably one of the best in a very long time!! It has the perfect crunch and was not soggy from all the sauce! The prices were very reasonable and the lunch specials are amazingly a fabulous deal! Don't hesitate and ignore the location it's in and try! You won't be disappointed!! However I forgot to take pictures to post but next time I will update and add some :)“
“This is a beautiful restaurant! The food is great! I was SO THRILLED when I learned of the Citrus Heights location. I no longer have to drive to Folsom for amazing Chinese food. The servers are also nice. If you love Chinese food, you will love Folsom Palace!❤️“
“Just discovered this hole in the wall! Every dish Delicious! NEW FAVORITE BEEF CHOW FUN!! salt and pepper spare ribs amazing! Mongolian beef is tasty and spicy, different and great. friendly and fast service and staff Love having a great local Chinese spot in the neighborhood“
“Very very delicious and flavorful Thai food!! Definitely coming back! Our waitress was really nice. The chicken curry puffs appetizer is a MUST!! The dough is the perfect crispiness and the filling is great. Their curry has depth of flavors and the Thai iced tea was refreshing. Restaurant looks great inside too, I like the baskets on the ceiling, and chairs are very comfortable.“
“The service and food are wonderful. My taste buds are screaming " I want more!". The place is very clean and staff goes out of its way to make sure you have a great dining experience! I had the grilled pork broken rice dish with two fried egg rolls and a Vietnamese coffee... cold. I always have enough for another meal. Delicious!!! And yes, you may quote me. 4.5 to 5.“
“When we walked in we were happily greeted by a gentleman. We were quickly to sit anywhere. It's a quiet restaurant with a T.V. on. I noticed it was packed with customers and a lot of orders from Door Dash so that's a plus! Food must be good here! Food was perfect, we ordered the #1 Special Combination, I had the Fat Noodle, husband was with egg noodles. Daughter had the #9 Shrimp and Fish balls with regular noodles. For the appetizer we had the calamari which was crispy! Definitely highly recommended. Services were great and quick! Don't forget to check in for a free Thai Tea or Soda.“
“If you want a salty lunch that will make you feel bad later, go to Panda next door, but If you want a healthy delicious salad try the Baja Fiesta salad at Erik's. Great food and nice atmosphere. Nice people! I travel all the time and look for places like this.“
“Great pho with wonderful broth and tender meat. I got the pho with tripe and steak tips - tripe was super tender (fantastic because tripe has a tendency to be super chewy if overcooked). The noodles were good but I think they were a little past "al dente" if that can even be a term used for rice noodles lol. Overall, really enjoyed my food, and really hit the spot for my craving for pho.“
“Iv been here once before with my fiance , we came back today , I got the BLT &' it was delicious!! (I added avocado &' got a large amount , which is fine , I love avocado! ) All of the staff are super nice &' very welcoming! I love the fact they call out the order by name &' they also make sure they repeat your order when giving it to you that way there is no mix ups ! This little shop is amazing , we will definitely be back !“
“THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! I really wanted to try pounded yam and egusi and so I searched one up near me and this was the closest location. I was not disappointed! It’s in like a ghost shared kitchen and so you just order it with her and she’ll call you when it’s ready but no seating. I thought the pounded yam would get stuck in my teeth but omg it was so smooth and just melted into egusi so well. The flavors were jam packed and the portions weee huge! I had enough leftover for a few days. The plantains were so big, thick and juicy. It was so perfectly caramelized that I immediately finished it. I can’t wait to try again!“
“Came here on a whim with my husband as we were looking for shaved ice (happened to be next door, lol). We hadn't eaten anything and decided we'd try dumplings, since I've been curious to try the latest food trend., and then get our shaved ice for dessert after.Once you step inside, you are greeted by a nice, clean and simply appointed eatery, and an equally nice young lady behind the counter. The menu is easy to follow and there are a nice selection of dishes to try, along with the star off the show...the delicious dumplings. We started by ordering beef dumplings (fried), the house chow mein, the rolled chicken pancake, and one Thai iced tea for my husband. The food came out pretty quick and hot and so fresh!!The dumplings were amazing and the teriyaki and Mayo sauce were Devine to dip them in...the beef inside was super flavorful and the dough was fresh and a nice thickness. Those were my favorite! The chow mein...the noodles were heavenly and had a great texture and flavor. The sauce was light, but just a tad greasy, but still very good. The pork and veggies were very generous and overall, the dish was amazing! The chicken rolled pancake was equally delish and I'd order these three items in a heartbeat! I should mention the portions were large for what you pay and we had enough leftovers for dinner the next night! It was a really good bargain for quality, fresh flavorful food and we really, really enjoyed it! I know I will add this to my list of favorite places! I'm going to dream of those dumplings untilMy next fix! Lol.“
“A family of six, different meals that were excellently prepared. I almost always get the salmon and brocolli, which is the best I've had at any restaurant. Everyone else had some type of pasta meal (including one with gluten-free pasta). All excellent.Service was perfect (Jessie or Jessica - thank you!)Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pasta was cooked just right.“
“First time at this Sourdough &Co but have been to others. I was craving their bread and my mom wanted a sandwich so I took my parents there for lunch today. It is in a little mall with parking our front. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. They have sandwiches, cold or toasted, salads, many soup choices, cookies, chips and drinks. The clam chowder with their sourdough bread looked really good. My mom and I both got one of their heated chicken sandwiches and we were very happy. My dad got a cold turkey sandwich and he said it was fine. That sourdough bun toasted is the bomb! I had the other have of my sandwich for dinner and want to go back already.“
“The quality is like no other. Nice thick pieces of meat, real egg in the fried rice, made when you order. The flavors and spices are incredible. Fast service, although they only do take-out orders. They load up the plate/box. We always have leftovers. This is our go-to chinese place!“
“The food here is of good standard and excellent customer service.Soup was in stock even on a warm day which is nice. Nobody beats Quiznos cheddar broccoli soup.It was a little warm, but most people would probably not complain.I keep my house at 65° year-round. LolI highly recommend supporting one of the last couple of Quiznos left in the North State.“
“Broth was excellent and legit. Noodles ok, sides were fresh. Not a strong broth but very flavorful, not cloudy and clear, not too much fat(I prefer fat) had plenty of meat products. I ordered a combo since it was my first time here. Highlights were the broth and the prices for a large was 10.95. Service was really fast. Tight parking“
“EVERYTHING was perfect. My girlfriend is from Jamaica. She's a picky eater and even she loved everything. I spent over a hundred dollars for the two of us. My server was very pleasant so you know I had to tip her VERY well... about 25%. Sure was well pleased, LOL. Great place you must try. Made our day perfect with a phenomenal night of leftovers. She took one of her entree to go as well as I. We were too stuffed. We still talk about it today. She loved the breadsticks“
“Ordered food from Grubhub and was delayed 3 times restaurant called saying food is ready and grubhub wasn't answering there phone call. I end up calling Grubhub myself and told them my order has been delayed 3 times and restaurant days food has been ready for a while now. Grubhub canceled my order and gave me a discount on my next order. Restaurant owner called saying they canceled my order and I will get my money back. He also said that the food is going to waste so he said that if I wanted to wait till the restaurant closed in 10 mins and he will deliver my food to me. Nice people even apologies for the inconvenience and handed me the food, even jokes that the food would be better if it was hot“
“First visit tonight, takeout. Called ahead and the man who answered was epitome of Thai = polite, soft-spoken, service-oriented. He was able to answer all of my questions without issue. With veggie and chicken Tom kha soup, no seafood Tom kha, I opted for yellow curry chicken ($14) and brown rice ($3). One question I asked was if the curry was enough for two. His answer was perfect. He felt no, but everything about the call, my intuition that he's likely the owner of a locally-owned business and running the show solo, and the fact this Thai spot was in my bookmarks for a while, I ordered. The curry was more liquid than sauce and larger pieces of solid foods than expected but perfect medium spice (as requested) and the flavor was excellent. It'll make 1.25 to 1.5 servings for me. I'm happy. I plan to return. Khxbkhuṇ (Translation: thank you)“
“I love it here the food is great and it comes very quickly and instead of white rice and fried rice choices they also give you chow mein as a side with your main course! It came to $26. bucks for two!!! Amen. The Waitresses are very sweet this is our second time coming and not our last.“
“I'm a pho lover, so I have tried out lots of places but I got to said that this is one of the best pho places that I have tried in Sacramento. Definitely recommend it especially if you want to get good pho early on a cold morning because they do open early than other places.“
“I never dine in here, just pick up sandwiches on my way to work. I love the way they make turkey and avocado with their house spread, and the sourdough is so good! I like that I can call in my sandwich on the way to work and pay cash when I get there. They are usually really busy, and sometimes there is a wait, but they get the food out as fast as they can“
“I'm so glad I came here! I used to drive by this palce all the time. My friend and I came for dinner last night. It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted. I finally chose Verde Enchiladas. Eveything on my plate was delicious. They give you chips and salsa while you wait. I was lucky enough to take leftovers home and have them for lunch, the food was still wonderful. There was entertainment from a lovely lady with a beautiful voice. I will be coming back“
“First time eating inside this place, but I have ordered takeout from another location in sac. We came around dinner time and we're immediately seated. I had high expectations since I knew their food was good. I ordered something different than my usual (beef pho) and instead ordered bun rieu. I've had the authentic dish before at a viet party and it was bomb so I also had high expectations because of this.Overall the bun rieu broth was great!! Very flavorful and I could taste the crab in the soup. I loved the abundance of crab meat balls and the noodles were cooked nicely. The tofu on the other hand was dry and tasteless but the soup made up for it. 9/10. My sister ordered the banh mi, grilled pork. She gives it a 9/10. It was a bit on the pricier side for the size it was but it was delicious and the extra cabbage and cilantro on the side was great. My sisters bf ordered the bun Bo hue and didn't have the same experience as we did and rated it a 1/10. He said that the soup wasn't flavorful and the spicy oil was the only thing that gave it some flavor, the noodles were over cooked and the beef tasted like it was boiled in water for too long. Service was good though and the vibes were chill.“
“Found a new style Bahn Mi I really enjoyed here. They toasted that baguet to perfection giving my grilled pork Bahn Mi am absolutely perfect crunch. I've had hundreds if not thousands of these and nobody toasts there's like this and I loved it! Definitely recommend!“
“Clean and neat. Greeted upon walk in; this is very important as I walk in, makes you feel important and wanted. The ordering process is quick and organized. Order brought to your table, with an added touch of a fresh, crispy dill pickle, perfect.Sandwiches are fresh, artisan, and meticulously arranged. I've bought many sandwiches here and they do maintain consistency as the sandwich tastes the same every time I come in regardless of type.Floors are neat and clean, tables wiped off almost immediately after someone leaves. Bathroom tidy and neat, clean. Overall great atmosphere. To the franchise owner, who I have personally met, she is a team player. If staffing is low or thinks they need help, she is right in it and helping. This is so important, employees appreciate and respect this. Great leadership qualities. I have so much respect for this location.Feel comfort sitting down and eating a fabulous sandwich or other items, such as soup, salads and more.“
“The food was outstanding!!! They have good customer service and the food is served quick and also fresh!!! The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy just feels good to be here …. I totally recommend this place also forgot to mention the prices are so reasonable :)“
“To get down to the point, this is excellent Pho. I've lived all over the country and everywhere we go we always eat Vietnamese, Thai, and Indian (north and south). We have had authentic Vietnamese Pho and this place does a great job. We have very good friends who are Vietnamese, so I have a pretty good idea of what Pho is suppose to be. Everything was fresh and the broth has the right depth of flavor. The broth is where you know right away if you're getting "good Pho." I will say for the ambience of this place, it's fun and young. I know that makes me sound old. They have it setup for a younger crowd and take orders via iPads. If you're looking somewhere to get good Pho that is fun and family friendly this is a great option. The price was in line for what I expected in California as well. The portion was very large, even for the small/regular size. I got 2 large meals out of it.“
“The sweet potato shrimp IS SO FANTASTIC!!!!!?This is the only place so far I found in Sac to have Bún chả, a crispy pork and meatballs dish served with a sweet fish sauce to dip in. BUT the grilled pork they use isn't how I've had overseas, I'm told it's supposed to be pork belly but they just use a regular pork cut.The Bún Bò Huế it's yummy, big portion, comes with two pork hocks, lots of meat and vietnamese ham. The broth is so yummy. The noodles are overcooked though.(Edited Mar 21st 2024 due to review being stuck in pending, but I just ate here again and it's still good)“
