The white lady (sorry didn’t catch your name) working there at night is awesome, super friendly, wrapped my sandwich up real nice and neat, & she did not skimp on the ingredients at all! Only reason I'm not leaving a hatin a** review is because eliana (I think) and especiallyyyy Tatiana. They engage with customers, and the ingredients are ALWAYS there and full when they working! “In my last review I said I'd be back. This time I placed my order online, then to give them enough time, stopped by the bank and did another errand. Came back and it wasn't ready, so went to a dessert shop and came back and still not quite ready so grabbed a starbucks. Then it was ready. The young man was really apologetic. I don't mind, as it looked like it was only him and he was a bit swamped. Grabbed my sandwich and I felt it was a bit heavy. Mind you the sandwiches are big in it's self, but when I got home I noticed the young man had given me an extra half and a cookie, probably for my trouble. So for the folks reading this, please give this young man a bonus for his excellent customer service. I didn't get his name, but the young man was working around 430pm on 3/6/24, I ordered the Mrs. Pickle and again terrific quality. If Oakland wasn't such a business shit show this place would be a good hit and would have a regular.“

“I came across this place while I was door dashing. The menu was unique and the sandwiches sounded good. I got the Tom & Jerry on a Dutch Crunch roll. It came exactly how I ordered it and tasted amazing. There is plenty of sauce on it which I love. The bread was nice and soft too! I wish there was one closer to my house. I'd probably eat here more often. Definitely gonna order again.“
