“The drive-thru was prompt, the food was excellent, and the service was good. My only quibble is that so much of the listed menu had signs on it saying the items were out of stock. As far as the franchise goes, this is one of my favorite locations because of its 24/7 hours of operation and the fact that they don't make me wait elsewhere to get my food when I order at the drive-thru like the Hayward location on Mission Blvd does.“

“Getting anything from here is such a treat. The super burrito is massive and I usually split it with my girlfriend and still have half a burrito the next day. It’s as big as my forearm! Handmade tortillas on the tacos and the meat is seasoned and cooked perfectly, never chewy. The horchata is soo good too and they ask if you want ice, which is very nice. Even their salsas are exceptional. They used to have pickled red onions with habanero that was SO good to eat alongside but don’t offer that anymore which is a heartbreaking honestly…please bring it back!!!“

“The best damn tacos in Oakland, full stop. Usually carne asada is a throwaway order, bland cardboard for white people (like me) who don't know anything about Mexican food (fortunately not like me). Not here. A friend who used to be a Michelin star chef proclaimed this the best carne asada he'd had outside of Mexico, and I agree wholeheartedly. And that's not where the show stops. Super legit pastor, fire fish tacos, solid vegetarian options, and don't skip the specials--I have yet to be let down. The brisket barbacoa especially is one of my top three tacos I've had in my entire life. Get the handmade flour tortillas, it's worth the extra money. And did I mention unlimited guacamole? Show me another place with unlimited guacamole. Not to mention the otherworldly salsa matcha. Don't sleep on this spot.“

“This place is a winner. I've had several burritos (carne asada, al pastor, and pollo) and tortas (pollo both times), and they were all excellent. Not dry, tons of everything, large portions, not over-priced. I hope these people can stick around. Support them!“

“This place is in an old strip mall shopping center. It used be a salvadorian restaurant before and they were ok. This place is much better. The food tastes pretty good . The burritos are huge and the tacos are regular sized tortillas( not street taco sized) and they were loaded with meat. Customer service was good. There's really not much seating her but it's OK I always take it to go. They have good salsas and sliced cucumbers. They also have pickled onions with habeneros (which are delicious) and slice pickled jalapeños. I think this will be my new go to spot for Mexican food.Parking: Lots of parking here“

“This place does not disappoint.I got a DoorDash delivery of chicken fajitas just a little bit ago . The generous portions will allow for another meal or two out of this the next day or so .The chicken was seasoned beautifully, as well as the tender peppers and onions The corn tortillas and toppings were fresh and yummy . “When I walk in atmosphere was really chill. Great decor selection and the service was spot on. For the food, I got a wet burrito and it was good quality steak and ingredients. Some places the steak isn't that good its like choice cut, this place the beef was fresh, the owner or the owners dad came to check on me, overall 5 star spot that I'd go to again“

“The tacos are fire, burrito is amazing. Best i've ever had anywhere. Service is quick and fast and the workers there very polite and nice. Outside scenery is awesome, they have their own seating area if you wanna order sit and eat and enjoy. Nothing about this place disappoints. 10/10 would come again a thousand times“

“A few people in line ahead of me when arrived. My friend and I had looked at the menu and photos on Yelp ahead of time and honestly it didn't help. There were so many delicious looking items. Person at the window took my order, was super clear and precise. It took a bit of time to get our order. There were probably 6 orders ahead of ours, and it took maybe 10 minutes? It felt longer because it was cold outside lol thankfully there are tables. It wasn't loud, patrons are decently quiet. Just normal East Oakland traffic sounds. Everything I ordered was delicious. The asada and birria tacos, and the sope. Will definitely be returning to try other items. Especially the burrito. That looked real good.“

“Solid Mexican food truck in the industrial area of Hayward! I recommend their burritos and the tacos, especially the shrimp tacos if you're a fan of seafood. They're really friendly, and get your order ready quickly. Great place to stop by for a lunch break.“

“My son and I came here two times during our visit to catch some baseball in San Fran and Oakland. Don't let the area distract you. It is heavy industrial and is fairly safe and the food here is exceptional and some of the best tacos I have ever had. For 10 to 12 bucks a person you walk out of here very full and can't complain a bit.“

My all time favorites are full of tender, yummy carnitas! The nachos are crisp and flavorful, I really enjoyed the chicken nachos. For liquid refreshment, the horchata is a traditional flavor; so good! I also have a new favorite: the guava agua fresca! Bits of guava pulp were a welcome surprise. When in season, the coconut ice cream is my all time fave, I usually pair it with a scoop of their lime sherbet. Win-win! For a very refreshing flavor, try the watermelon sherbet. It's like freezing a slice of fresh watermelon, then devouring it. Great on a hot day, instant cool down! So many options to explore, and I can't think of anything more fun than this. The service is ok there in the middle for fast food because sometimes they have to many orders and they go really slow but over all it’s great . “This is my go to truck in Hayward, I’m lucky enough to live around the corner, this truck makes up for Val’s closing..IYKYK it’s located at the end of Bst.before you hit Center St. and when I drive by Vermont and I don’t see the yellow truck with the canopy I actually get sad, real talk the tacos I get are actually therapeutic. I get 4 Pastor tacos with pineapple and all the fixings, onions, cilantro, and a sauce that is hot but not too hot(if you like it hot)get mild if you can’t hang lol the people working are always the same friendly great people each time I go see them, they even gave me a hand with my car when I was in the rain, ate good and got my car on the road. They do it all lol best flavored Pastor, I’ve tried numerous different trucks and hands down they are the best in the bay. And the price was very reasonable for 4 tacos and a can of coke its 12.50 after 3 dollar tip it was 15 bucks…never spent a better 15 in my life…five stars would be the minimum I’d add a couple more!Parking: Parking is no more than 5 feet away and is always lit good and available most of the time.“

“Must Try! I went for the long awaited first time last week and I loved the place! I asked for 4 steak tacos with chips and guacamole to be divided into 2 to go bags and they cheerfully split the 1 order of chips and guacamole. They were busy and they worked together as a team getting the food out fast and a problem with the cash system working. It's a great family feel, with high quality ingredients. The best thing is the steak is so tasty!! I'm impressed with the from scratch guacamole, everything is very fresh. I noticed the tall rotisserie of marinated pork and I'm excited to try that this week!! It's such a great edition to The Glenview.“

“This is my go-to taco truck. I love getting the steak and tripas tacos from here. Really good, especially when I ask them to make my tripas crispy. Good service, usually not too long of a wait. Cash only! Taco prices range from $3-$3.50 and burritos are usually $11-$12.“

“Pizza and Mexican food? Say less.. Similar to another review we've been living here for about 5 years and had only just tried this pizzeria the other day. Comparable pricing to other pizzerias around. We got a large with chorizo, pepperoni, jalapenos, and onions (I think this was the Deluxe?). The next day my stomach was super upset but hello, I was eating a pizza with chorizo and jalapenos on it. My stomach and GI tract were not happy but it was so worth it. When we went inside to pick up the food, there was a more updated menu -- we were only able to place a phone order on what we saw based on the menu images on Yelp. Little did we know there were more to choose from! Would love to try La Toreada or La Valiente.. They also have things like hot dogs, burgers, wings, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, tacos.. they have it all.. Would love to come back and try more. It's so close to where we live..
