“Super friendly, cozy little family café. Really good lunches and breakfasts, staff is a father, daughter and son-in-law, all care about the place the food, and the customers. They treat everyone like family. The day I was there they were playing Christian rock the whole time, but somehow with the amount of love and kindness exhibited by the Cafe community, that it was not really my thing didn't bother me at all. It was still happy and friendly music. Good coffee, good food, clean restrooms, good wifi, excellent care of people.“

“Service was great (friendly bartender and waiter... At least ours was; the waitress at the table next to us had a face like she just caught her boyfriend sleeping with her best friend... That or she hated her job, but our waiter was cool, calm, and helpful. Food was above average with great seasoning and flavor, and the drinks were good, but pricey for the size drink. Looks like a good, quiet place to go on a date (romantic, soft music, space between tables to say sexy things to each other without worrying about the table next to you listening in), but not the best place to hang out with friends unless you don't care everyone staring at you laughing like you were at an Improv Comedy Show but no one else thought the joke was funny. Still, I do recommend this place and would go back on a date.“

“This place is small but the food and the customer service were phenomenal. Great first impression with everything. If we do go back to monterey , you best believe we will be back to Keiki's. We would have gone again but they are closed on weekends. At least the weekend we were there.“

“Decem and QQ gave us the BEST service we have EVER received. No exaggeration. They provided our group with such a wonderful experience and ALL of our food was amazing. We had chow mein, wings, Mongolian beef, sweet & sour chicken, rice, wor wonton soup, ginger tea, and the sesame seed dessert balls (I don’t remember what they were called). Above all, they treated us like family. We will absolutely be having more family dinners here. If you are reading reviews to see where you should go to eat this is THE place to go. P.S. You must try the chicken wings!“

“I am sold on Sea Harvest. I have been to the Monterey location before, but this was an even better experience! Service was prompt and the menu is straightforward. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder and a side of French fries-- expecting enough food for one, but there was closer to three servings! Great deal for the price. The chowder was savory and perfect for a chilly day. The French fries were crisp and paired perfectly with the chowder. Both the inside and outside are comfortable with a gorgeous view of the bay on one side and the flumes on the other. I've come back with friends now many times and it's still a favorite!“

“What a beautiful oasis right on the road! The coffee is fantastic, and the pastries look incredibly tempting (didn't order any, sticking to my keto diet?). The space itself is so inviting, with every detail showing the care and love put into it. I absolutely love it!“

“Born and raised in California and this is the most authentic soul food I have found since my military days in Georgia and Alabama. Staff is friendly and food is hot and fresh. Red beans and rice and catfish are top notch in my book. Everything on the menu is excellent no matter your preference. The only downside is that I have gained 10 lbs. since finding it. Well worth another hole in my belt!! By the way, if you complain about mac and cheese being too cheesy.....thats what you ordered!!! was your SWEET tea too sweet also?“

“The variety of food and drinks, the atmosphere, the staff are all the best and has helped my husband and I to get back to a healthy diet and we have made a commitment to eat a healthy meal at your place once a week. I feel so great after eating a big mixed salad instead of junk food.“

“Stopped here for a pint and food. We split an order of 2 pieces of fish, a banger, and chips. I had the Corkscrew (closest beer to an ESB) and a 1066 Pale Ale. Both were quite tasty. The ceiling was covered with beer steins from their beer club. Enjoyed our visit. There is an outdoor patio, but it was too cold to sit outside.“
“Barista was friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. My Keto drink( cold brew, heavy cream and Sugar free vanilla) was very good! Barista recommendation! Plus my son had the Carmel Frappe and loved it!Thank you!Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free options“
“Excellent family owned business, great drinks very creative and makes great for a private event! We had them at our open house, the guests loved how fun and welcoming it was, creates a great place to gather over coffee! Give Brewjee a try, book them for your next event you won’t regret it!“
“As I was saying, after a long hiking trip at the Pinnacles Nat. Park, are gullets were extremely dry! Obviously I (YELPED ) for some liquid refreshments and Alvarado st. Brewery appeared like the scene where the suitcase was opened and a golden ray shined in the movie Pulp Fiction. The place felt very welcoming with its spire tanks of beer all around and the distinct bouquet of fermented hops. Nice extensive brews abound , ipa's , lagers, pils and my choice of stout! That is a Mole Stout ( mōle) with its high alcoholic content and chocolate spicy flavors; this I like! Of course I wanted to try all their 10 types of beer but to no avail; I was driving“

“We come here occasionally for a drink and some light food. The staff is always fantastic and the views are very nice. It’s still relatively unknown and usually quiet, kind of a local secret. All in all a great place for a drink and a bite“

“Overall, I enjoy the setting and ambiance at the Beerded Bean and will come here to do homework or bring friends and family that are visiting. I like that they have beer on tap, although would love to see some cider’s, kombucha’s and less hoppy beers. When I come in I always get a matcha tea, but shocked that the price is now $7 for a small matcha. And then an extra $1 for alternative milk, so my matcha was $8, plus $1 for tip so $9 total! Yikes! It is their only hot drink that is that much. The rest are around$5.50 which is reasonable. Their Carmel Valley location has matcha that is cheaper. I work in Monterey, and will get matcha’s in Monterey and Pacific Grove all throughout the week, and the most I usually pay for a small matcha is between $4.50-5.50 plus $.50-$1.00 for alternative milk. In fact Cafe Guarani and Captain Stokers, where I frequently visit, has a matcha that is only $4.50, Beerded Bean please consider lowering your Matcha price. I will continue to come here, but will have to change my drink up to a regular teabag, or head down the road to Starbucks for my Matcha, which I really do not want to do. :-(.“

“This was a good find. This was my first time in Aromas, CA. I stopped by for food and beer. I had a chicken sandwich, which was really good. I also had onion rings that were also very good. Finally, had a nice cold beer. The server was super nice and very helpful. I'll have to come back :-)“

“wow! just wow! perfection for everything. the risotto was spot on and our steaks cut like butter. what a great first impression.“
“Came here while visiting the area and sat I. The patio. It was obviously a locals spot since every customer that came thru the door got a cheery "hello" (insert name) and a hug. The bartender who acted like an owner, not sure if she was, was super friendly and cordial. She was grateful for us coming into the bar from the outside patio to grab beers and menus. We ordered the vegetable sandwich and a tuna sandwich. The contents were good it's just that the bread was way too big and it prevented us from really enjoying our lunch. We ended up taking out the insides and eating it with a fork and a small piece of bread we would tear away. Everyone was super friendly, several dogs in patio area. They also had a large tv outside to enjoy a game on a Sunday afternoon. Really enjoyed the place and will return since we will be in Monterey several times a year. We saw the salads come out and w e both decided they looked great and will be our next choice.“

“Plain and simple not just because it's close to my house but it became my favorite traditional Mexican restaurant in salinas hands down! I always order the wet super burrito, but I have tried their mariscos, and they are amazing their micheladas are thirst, quenching hands down the best, and I recently tried their shrimp empanadas and they are the best I've ever tasted I 100% recommend this place“

“What a wonderful restaurant with great funky vibes and charming waitstaff and owner. We are tourists from Montana who have stopped by every chance we get over the last ten years. The food is exceptional with luscious sauces and inventive cuisine. The best of the best! Dare to try something unique and exquisite. You'll be happy you did!“
“We are not from around the area, but found Perfectly Pressed on google. After a weekend of indulging in a lot of great food in Monterey, I wanted something healthy and refreshing. The options here were great and the pricing is fair for what you get. The service was wonderful as well and the lady that helped us was friendly and attentive. I got the purple haze smoothie and I’ll be dreaming of it until I get to have it again. YUM!“

“Conveniently located right on the corner of Rio Rd & Hwy 1 in the Crossroads. Mobile ordering available. Great option for studying, working remotely, meeting a friend for coffee, etc. due to the large seating area & number of tables compared to most Starbucks locally.Only reason for 4 ⭐'s is that this location tends to be incredibly slow in comparison to the one I usually frequent on my way to work out on Hwy 68 near Ryan Ranch or the ones I sometimes visit on Alvarado in downtown Monterey, the one next to Home Depot in Seaside, or out in Sand City across from Target.Parking: The upside at this location compared to the other local stores is that while parking at all of the others can be pretty difficult, that's never a problem in the Crossroads whatsoever.“

“Haven't been to this place in a couple of years because the last two times....this place sucked. Well, we still had a gift card from a 2 years ago Christmas and decided we might as well use it. I wasn't expecting much and was I wrong! Started with calamari strips...very good. Next was artichoke bisque.....tasty! Entree 1 was the Gino's Trio which had lasagna, chicken parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. A lot of food for a reasonable price. Loved it but u will say it didn't taste like authentic freshly made pasta. But it was good. Entree 2 was steak tri tip pasta. It was good but a little light on the bits of steak. Emilia was a very gracious and professional wait staff and made a killer apple martini. Very good experience. 2 drinks, 1 bottle of wine, 1 app and two entrees under 150. Not bad. Definitely worth another visit.“

“Phil’s is one of my favorites. Their service model is efficient. Order your food, you get a number, find a seat, servers bring your food, eat, then leave satisfied. We had a cup of clam chowder, the fish and chips, and Mediterranean pasta. All the seafood was hiding at the bottom of the Mediterranean pasta. The top was loaded with cheese ?“
