We try to be a once-a-weeker at this charming, clean, upscale hot dog/slider cozy eatery near where we stay for winter. I would call it diner style except they are the higher round tables and a few rectangle tables. Got the hot Italian sausage. It was a great dog. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He definitely makes the place for sure. The fries were either overcooked or cooked in old oil. I lean for the latter based off past experiences of other places that didn’t change their oil very often. It’s a really good dog, however it’s impossible to walk out of the restaurant for under $20 with just a single dog, fries, and soda. Quaint, clean "hole-in-the-wall" hot dog joint. Super friendly service. Shows pride of ownership. Ordered a chili dog. It was tasty, and huge! Chili was quite good...no beans! The wife ordered a regular dog and was also quite happy. My Coke came in a chilled glass mug, with a free refill if I wanted. Definitely a place to check out!
