What a great find! This was our first time, had the Giardina and the Bonano subs to go. Walked home with them, bread soft and fresh, the Giardina was the big surprise, super tasty and used carrot to give more body to the layers. The Bonano was also tasty, very concentrated flavor in the meats. We got light on the mayo and could even go without. Went to lunch today to celebrate a dear friend's last day of work. My first time here definitely not my last. Kalen and McKenzie were both awesome! Kalen took our order and knew we were all from campus so he chatted with us about the students and our wok place. McKenzie made the best sandwiches! Good food. The bread is the best part. The service wasn’t great. Went at 10:55am on a Saturday and the girl said she wouldn’t be opening on time (11am). Their hours are not posted on their door. Sandwiches took a long time to make. Seemed under staffed. Could be really cool but needs better business ideas.
