Did not like the flies all over the bread and counters. Was not even greeted when we walked in and out. A guy was talking to a man sitting at a table. Based on the reviews i guess flies are on the menu. Yuck!!

What a great find! This was our first time, had the Giardina and the Bonano subs to go. Walked home with them, bread soft and fresh, the Giardina was the big surprise, super tasty and used carrot to give more body to the layers. The Bonano was also tasty, very concentrated flavor in the meats. We got light on the mayo and could even go without. There is a nice Italian market as well, with a curated selection of authentic products. You could easily shop for dinner imagining you were in Florence! Great for gifts to your foodie friends. Staffing wise, the folks are very friendly, they are still working on getting their game up - you might wait a tiny bit before someone comes out from back when things are slow. My suggestions would be to brand their take out packaging, (it took me a bit to find the name afterwards) and carry some sides in deli case as well as something sweet.

Excellent sandwiches. Bonano and Caprese, unbelievable. Cool vibe. Old school Godfather music in the background. Fast service. Friendly young people!

Went to lunch today to celebrate a dear friend's last day of work. My first time here definitely not my last. Kalen and McKenzie were both awesome! Kalen took our order and knew we were all from campus so he chatted with us about the students and our wok place. McKenzie made the best sandwiches! Between the seven of us we had 4 Capreses, two Columbos and a club. Some of the comments..."that balsamic is hella good!" "Look at all the meat on that sandwich " "bread is divine" "food was hella delicious!" They offer a selection of breads, I recommend the roasted onion. They sell Italian sauces, pasta, and other Italian goodies. You can also buy their delicious meats by the pound. I recommend , it's a 10 in my book. Please support this local business. They are on Main next to Upper Crust.

Meh. Miss the old vibes. First time I went in here they were out of avocado so I turned around and left. Today I wanted to try their caprese sandwich, apparently they're out of the meat it came with, luckily I'm vegetarian, but they also were out of the arugula it came with and only had one type of bread to offer. Decent sandwich but pretty dry. Also I was informed they were only doing half sandwiches but paid over $10 for it when it was missing stuff it usually comes with. Mehhh. Get it together. Wouldn't return.

Good food. The bread is the best part. The service wasn’t great. Went at 10:55am on a Saturday and the girl said she wouldn’t be opening on time (11am). Their hours are not posted on their door. Sandwiches took a long time to make. Seemed under staffed. Could be really cool but needs better business ideas.

Ordered the veggie sandwich and it did not come with the veggie tapenade advertised. Ordered the same sandwich and one came with tomatoes the other did not. Asked for it without oil and vinegar and both came with oil and vinegar. We at the restaurant and the sandwiches were already soggy by the time they came to us. The food is bland and it was $27, way over priced.

Hope you're not in a hurry. Sandwich was good, but I had to inhale it without chewing because my lunch break was almost over by the time I got it. And this was a pretty quiet Monday.

Can't say how the food is. We called to make sure they were open and were told they were open until 5. We showed up at 4:30 and they were open, but the sandwich maker had left. Don't know that I will try again. Even calling in advance didn't work.

Came across this place as a whim when Upper Crust didn’t have what I wanted, and I’m so glad it worked out that way!! The 2 girls working the front were both so pretty and friendly, and answered any questions I had since I wasn’t very familiar with some of the ingredients LOL. I was surprised for the price how big the sandwiches are and that made it even better. Great portions, great prices, great atmosphere inside and great taste!! This will be my new favorite sandwich shop, hands down.
