Drove round trip to get to them and made sure to go during their posted hours and they were closed! They can choke on a bag of microdicks!

When I called I heard "Hello" When I ordered I heard "is that it?" When I arrived to pick up I waited for two minutes are the window while two people were talking and on their phones. When attended I stated my order they said "yeah" and didn't look up from their phones. When my pizza arrived on time (reason for gaining at least one star) I paid and the crew argued over who was going to hop on a register "give me a second" closes window. Pizza is great service sad. Lots of training opportunities.

I love this places food...with that said I hate this place! They are never open the hours listed. Nobody answers the phone n the ppl that in there are extremely special bus slow!

This is a disorganized pathetically run place. I sat for almost 10 minutes at the Board/kiosk waiting to order (a car was at the window waiting for their order). A truck pulls around the building to the other window and the girl inside went to wait on them. I was TOTALLY IGNORED! This in not the first time that someone else was taken care of before me. I will never go there again. Bad service!

New long haired kid that works there refused to give me one extra ranch when I spent over $15 on a pizza and small tater. I gave a $2 tip even. He also skimped me on the taters too. $4 for a small tater tots order , he gave me 6 taters. If he just did what his bosses told him then the place is a ripoff . Can get a 5lb bag of tater tots for $2 from any store so not happy about that skimping stuff.

First time here. I decided to experiment and ordered the Chicken Chili Thai. So here's the thing: it wasn't really my taste, but it was certainly well-made and I absolutely know that others would love it. It just wasn't my thing - I just forgot that I'm not a huge fan of peanut sauce, which is on this particular pizza. I look forward to coming back and getting something a bit more in my wheelhouse. The garlic breadsticks were delicious! There service was prompt and courteous.

Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but the employees are always friendly and the pizza crust is so fresh-tasting, you can tell it hasn't come premade from a warehouse. I've had wings and pizza here and I've never had a bad experience. If you're in the mood for a smaller portion of pizza and wings, and the convenience of a drive though, this is it.
WHY DID I SLEEP on Mad Dash for so long?? Holy crap. I mean, I'll be honest. It's probably because it's "fast food" pizza, next to a Dutch Bros, that has a logo that reminds me of Toy Story. I know better than to judge a book by its cover, though. I apologize, Mad Dash. I saw someone on the Foodies of Chico recommend this place. I am a loyal member so I kind of stuck it in the back of my mind for a rainy day. That day came, and I am so glad it did. I was SO impressed at how quickly I was able to order & be headed out of there with hot, tasty food. It was less that 10 minutes all together. I ordered from a friendly gal at the menu and I was shocked that they had so many items on their menu! I got the chicken pesto pizza, cheesy bread, and wings. The cheesy bread was legit probably the best I've had IN MY LIFE. It was hot, soft (pizza dough I believe?), flavorful, cheesy, and just pure heaven. The pizza was almost as good. Fresh, plenty of toppings but not overkill, great crust, and still warm when I got home. The wings were a no for me. They just weren't good quality chicken. The flavor was good (I got BBQ), but I wouldn't get them again. I'm picky about my wings haha. Not to mention.... I got this all for under $20. HOW?! I am always happy to pay a little more for good service & a good meal, so I left very happy. I will BE BACK for that cheesy bread & more pizza soon!

Wings were cold and rubbery, whatever sauce was on there wasn't what we ordered, they didn't put any of the dipping sauces we ordered in, the tater tots were also not cooked through. Pretty disappointing all aroundEdit: Not sure how to respond to the owner below, but it was 8/8/21, paid via card

It was the first of its kind when it came to Chico, and is still considered cutting edge as far as I'm concerned! Mad Dash does a really good pizza, quick. I remember this location being built and thinking what a great concept it was. Drive-thru burger and coffee joints are a dime a dozen in Chico, but drive-thru pizza? Made after you order? Seriously next level. The wait time is not long at all considering the quality of the pie. Each pizza is personal-sized and is offered in a variety of combinations. I love their garlic sauce as well as their pesto, and you can't go wrong with their classic pepperoni. They also serve wings which are exceptional. When I was a senior at CSUC, my business management class partnered with Mad Dash and they served pizzas with different topping combinations configured by each team in my course. I remember thinking just how neat it was to be able to partner with a small, local business. My team's combination was pretty outrageous from what I recall, but it was still temporarily added to the restaurant's menu for all to see and order! I will be sure to make a stop here the next time I'm in the area.
