“Nice place for brunch here. Had their GOAT egg omelette and coffee here. But the true star of the show that day was the special pancake of the month, Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Pancake. Take one bite and you'll want to be like Agnes from Despicable Me and scream out, "It's so fluffy I'm gonna die!" This thing is unbelievably airy and has just the right amount of sweet and tartness. The staff at the location were super friendly and welcoming, and very helpful in recommending what to order. We had a good experience there.“

“Omomo is a hype boba shop with long lines during the weekends (expect 30min wait)They are known for their creamomo drinks especially their uji matcha which has a rich complimentary flavor to the boba they make. They also have great special drinks that ppl always get as wellI got the ceylon milk tea with boba. Usually their boba is very chewy but this time it was a little hard in the middle.Overall would recommend only if you are willing to wait.Plenty of parking in the plaza and can also make a pitstop to daiso or ranch 99 next door!“

“Previously reviewed this place before 3 years ago. Editing my review this time to say that I'm so happy with the customer service which I feel is very hard to find these days. I showed up to the coffee shop very unprepared my phone had just died so I didn't have my apple pay. I forgot my atm and my credit card was not going through. I realize all this after I placed my order. I know Starbucks wouldn't have cared but the staff here was so patient. They made my order and charged my phone while I figured my payment situation out. They gave my 3 year old water and stickers. Thank you Richie. In a world where no one seems to really care, I'm so happy there are still great people out there❤️“

And they got great muffins. If you're feeling the munchies. I make a point of paint tipping in the drive-thru cuz I don't know what these poor people go through but I'd like to ease their day if I can. Put a smile on a face. “Solid grab and go bubble tea shop. It's in a strip with some food options next to it so it's very conveniently located if you want some food and bubble tea. Specifically, a Korean Pizza and wing place next door that I enjoyed. There's plenty of seating and a wall for those who want to take a cute insta photo. A good quiet place to study as the area isn't often loud, or crowded. It was actually pretty empty and the drink was nothing special and what I expected. Standard bubble tea shop.“

“Stumbled upon this place today after having a sudden craving. A little confusing to find but I'm also not from the area. Went inside and saw their extensive menu and decided to go with what never fails me - taro. I also rarely get blended anything so I figure why not and I love egg pudding. The size of the cup was a lot bigger than I anticipated but for $7 I'm not complaining. The drink itself was pretty good but was later reminded why I don't get blended drinks. The brain freeze isn't worth it. The shop was clean and service was ok. Wasn't terrible, wasn't great. I feel like the guy on register was just going through the motions. If ever in the area I would come back and try something else.“

“Honestly, it's a nice small coffee/tea shop. The selection is just big enough where you arent overwhelmed with the selections. The drinks were quite nice! I love the idea that I can sample the drinks if needed, but I knew from what I usually order when it comes to teas, light and fresh is what I am for with some citrus. So I ordered the summer mint! Loved it by the way. Also ordered the strawberry macarons for the kids. Overall, the people were nice and helpful plus the place was comfy. Thanks again for making someone who isn't local feel welcomed!!!“

“Parking: free parking. It's located a few doors down next to the bowling arena.Service: we went on a weekend afternoon and surprisingly no one was in. A small party came in after we ordered tho but definitely not crowded. They were pretty fast. They couldn't get my rewards to work so I couldn't get a bogo 1/2 off deal that I intended to use. Food: got the large boba milk tea with 25% ice and 50% sugar ($6.25). I wish boba stores had a 10% ice option which is like just 4 ice cubes or something. Cuz 25% ice still had a bit too much ice in it. But the sweetness was great in my opinion. Didn't overwhelm the drink but still allowed the tea to shine through. I think gong cha seriously has a different tea cuz the aftertaste texture doesn't leave a bitter or sappy feeling. But a nice creamy and smooth feeling. Whenever I'm craving boba, gong cha in general is one of the ones I'd pick.“

Starbucks Coffee Shops • $
Chino Hills Marketplace, 4200 Chino Hills Pkwy, Chino Hills

“I came into the store around 12/12:15 PM today, October 13th, 2023. A girl named "Kat" (how ironic, bc my name is also "Kat") took my order. I (tried to) order a trenta matcha latte & a customized, trenta mango dragonfruit drink. The order for this one is a trenta mango dragonfruit drink with no water, extra base, and no inclusions. They made this drink so wrong and I literally watched them put water (instead of melting ice in the shaker cup) and then shake it all up. (Tbh, I didn't think that was my order at first and I'm so anxious that I felt like I couldn't say anything, so this was my fault.) I also asked if they could make a matcha latte in a trenta cup since I've had it done for me multiple times before in the city where I reside. Kat told me that they couldn't do that since there was no pricing for it, but if I got a tall and a venti, she could put it in the trenta cup. I felt awful for asking for such a complicated order, but I ended up saying yes to avoid confrontation even though I felt like they were blatantly overcharging me for a drink I get nearly every day. I waited for my order to be completed & once it was, I knew they had made my drink wrong. I asked for an extra hefty scoop of matcha in the beginning when I was getting rang up, but I guess she didn't hear me bc it wasn't printed on the label :/ When I asked if I could have an extra scoop of matcha at the pick up counter, a girl named "Bethany" asked me to remove the lid to my drink and then proceeded to dump a spoonful of matcha powder on top of my ice. I was so shocked I literally said "thank you" and left. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes debating whether or not I should go back in after asking my friend who owns a Starbucks in my city if that's normal. She said it wasn't and that it's very rude. Every time I've asked for an extra scoop of matcha in my cup before even drinking it, the baristas normally ask if I would like to have it remade or shaken with the original drink. Never in my life would I have thought this would happen. I called the store a few hours later to tell them since I was rushing to work after placing my order here. When I came in earlier this evening, Chloe (whom I talked to on the phone) got up from her break to tell her coworkers that I'm the one who called on the phone. Chloe, Monica, & Bailey really made my review go from a 1 star to a 5 star! They made me feel understood and were very empathetic with what happened earlier today. They refunded me with no problem and even remade my drinks! Bailey asked me to try the drinks before I left & I thought it was a very sweet detail I had to mention. @ Bethany & Kat : DO BETTER. If you don't like your job, don't work there! If you're having a bad day, don't project that onto customers who are just there to get their daily caffeinated drink. @ management : Monica, Bailey & Chloe deserve a raise damn“
