“The food here is genuinely delicious. The grilled skewers? Packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned. I tried the bone broth mala tang too—it’s rich, a bit spicy, and just unique compared to others I’ve had. Love that you can pick your own ingredients; there’s so much variety, really fun to customize. The space felt clean, and the staff were friendly without hovering—nice balance. Parking was easy, which honestly makes life so much simpler. Oh, and no tipping pressure—it’s refreshing.”

“Kiku sushi restaurant is honestly amazing the service is the best I’ve ever had and the people there are so sweet. I love going there and the price is perfect definitely try the garlic butter salmon if you love onions it’s amazing along with their baked scallops. I never write reviews for anything but this place deserves the highest rating. You must try them out!!”

“The food was very juicy and dripping of not only the juice, however the sauce which perfectly coated each chicken drum. On top of that, the chicken stayed hot for a while! I loved the fries as they were crispy and did not sog. Would try again!”

Big fat ZERO for the manager who was too busy flirting with the hostesses to care that guests who were told the wait was 20 minutes were still waiting after 50 minutes and we would have gone elsewhere if they gave a crap and told us it would be a long wait. So... Once we finally got seated after almost an hour's wait, Philip saved the night with great service and attentiveness. (It was a birthday for my friend, and I told the hoelstesses, but the front desk didn't tell the server about the birthday so no birthday dessert for my friend) 😞

The hostess service and manager really could have been better. At one point there was a group of 5 or 6 employees (including the manager) at the front hostess station with a CROWD of waiting guests. It was not a good look because it looked like they were loafing around while guests were waiting and waiting and waiting. They didn't offer us an alternative seating location (outside) after we had been waiting double the time they said the wait was. Not sure I'll be back for a little while ... They wasted my time and I didn't like the lack of care or communication.”

“I discovered Chaos Bubble Shoppe through the Too Good to Go app.,it is incredible that I get THREE beverages for $6. I also began sampling the rice balls and have two more to go to have tried them all. Delicious!! I got a signature tea (today was roasted oolong tea, toffee is my favorite), a milk tea with boba (today was toasted oolong milk tea) and one of my favorite fruit teas with boba, cactus passion tea. I have tried at least 20 different drinks and enjoyed all of them. The staff is friendly and professional, worth a stop whether you just want a drink or some delicious food. Highly recommend!! Truly a hidden gem!!”

“Went there for breakfast on Saturday early (8:30) to beat the rush. Only waited 20 minutes. Had belly to belly, creme brulee french toast. avocado toast, and two orders of the berry cloud pancakes. For drinks we had classic coffee, Pandan latte, Spanish latte, and Cookie? latte. Both drinks and food were great. Only complaint is that we order the 2nd pancake a few minutes late and it didn't arrive till most of us were finished. Be warned .. get your orders in for the cloud pancakes early. It will take 20-30 minutes to arrive.”

“Went on a Sunday night. Was looking for places to eat and we didn’t know what to eat. Found this spot as we were in Chino Hills. The service and ambience is so fun and chic. Big screens playing KPOP. The menu is so cute - it’s like an encyclopedia style book with descriptions of each food. We ordered the Kimchi fried rice, spam rice balls (we made it ourselves), crispy pork belly, and citron soju. The food is so good- great Korean comfort staples. I don’t like pork but love pork belly. One of the most tender and crispy pork belly dishes I’ve tried. It came with some kimchi salad. It was sooo good. I’m going back this weekend”

No points— and a LARGE bill. Most of food was satisfactory , however the garlic green beans were POORLY prepared. The stems had not been removed. We mentioned this to our server. No manager addressed this with us , and no adjustment nor accommodation was made. This was not a stellar experience...”

“This weekend, I took my little dog to Chino for a walk. After seeing the cows, I randomly searched for a highly-rated Korean restaurant nearby. I never expected it to be so amazing; it's even better than those in K-town! 😋 This place used to be a chain brand, and the one in Chino is a new store. It's very popular among Koreans.
The white-cut meat was served and it was completely different from what I expected! It contained beef, tripe and tendons, and was paired with onions and bean sprouts. The plus point was the fragrant garlic, which, when combined with their sauce, was so delicious that I couldn't get enough of it. The tendons were so tender and I loved it so much 😍
The spicy pickled crabs 🦀 are so deliciously seasoned. Who wouldn't love a sweet and spicy seafood ice cream? Once served, it's gone in no time, with people taking one bite after another. Even my friend who doesn't like crabs had his first taste and couldn't stop eating so much.
The spicy octopus 🐙 rice bowl is really fragrant. The octopus is so chewy and bouncy, and it's so delicious. I also ordered the combo of cream soup and grilled steak, which is very cost-effective. The cream soup goes perfectly with the sticky rice bowl. There's even a recommendation on the napkin for how to enjoy the cream soup. The soup is so creamy and rich.
?? Here, you can also find the same style of Sunnongdan's pork ribs stew, but at a more affordable price. There are two sizes to choose from, and even the smaller one is enough for two people. Once you take a bite, the meat just falls off the bone, tender and flavorful. 😋
The staff are all very nice. It's a place I'll definitely come back to. The Korean food here really suits my taste and there are many side dishes. This is the most satisfying Korean meal I've had recently, without a doubt. Recently, many people have been coming to Chino Hiking to see the cows 🐮. You really should give it a try.”

“Food 4/5 - Ordered beef chow fun, chinese sausage/diced broccoli fried rice, braised crispy tofu w/ three delights, and crispy pan-fried whole flounder. Beef chow fun and the fried rice were delicious, both dishes have very good “wok-hei”. Crispy pan-fried flounder was also delicious, good crispy outside fry with the fish still being soft. There’s some soy sauce beneath the fish, but I’d like it to be served on the side so you can dip your fish pieces. Braised crispy tofu was good, tofu texture was very soft and the 3 delights (shrimp/fish fillet/octopus) were fine.

Price $$ - Price is good for the portions that were served. The plates might look small, but they have depth.

Service 3/5 - Service is average, we needed to flag down a server to refill our drinks.

Atmosphere 4/5 - Interior is good with Chinese themed decor.

Overall - Had a pleasant experience and would visit again.”

“Went here on thursday took 20 mins to get seated when there was no one there, another couple next to us was also waiting but came in after us and got seated before us and got their food before us, they kept on ignoring our request after i asked for a fork several times, it was so bad that the couple next to us had to say something before they brought it to us, each time we ordered the couple next to us got their food while we had to keep waiting and asking for it, even took like 30 mins to give us our card back, idk if it is because we were younger but don’t expect a tip if you can’t even provide good service”

“I love this location of roll Em Up Taquitos specifically because of the new management and the customer service I received every time I visit from out of town. today I went and got food spent 53 dollars and didn’t mind because the food is worth it I never have a complaint when I eat here and I don’t even live over here I live in Kentucky just visit family over here but today I came and was help by the most professional employee who’s a lead but needs to be a manager he was patient and very well knowledgeable about the menu and giving suggestions and customer service was so perfect his name was Richard and I really appreciate him taking my order THANK YOU RICHARD for my great experience I’m definitely coming back because of your great customer service!!!”

“My husband, nephew and I arrived around 2 pm today. We were the 4th family in line. We were in line for about 5 minutes. We filled out plates with salad and found a table. I had cream of mushroom soup, cheesy garlic bread, cornbread with butter and French baguette bread. The food was delicious. I miss the original Souplantation. We hope that more Soup 'n Fresh are open closer to Los Angeles. Whenever we're in the area, we will definitely come back.”

I personally had a good experience ordering here, got a jasmine matcha with osmanthus jelly squares; minimal sweetness and it was DELICIOUS.

Reviews note a long wait time, almost noon on a Thursday I waited less than 5 minutes. Something to note is a lot of drinks can't be modified and they run out of ingredients often (brown sugar boba). Also in the 15 minutes that i was here I saw two wrong orders get sent out and brought back, just FYI.
