HISTORIC RESTAURANT. HONESTLY, THIS PLACE IS APPEARS MORE LIKE A 'HAS-BEEN MEMORABLE' PLACE RATHER THAN A PLACE TO ACTUALLY CHOOSE TO BE. THE FOOD IS ACCEPTABLE. THE SERVICE IS OK.
