Decided to come here New Years Eve during dinner time. The take out line was about 40 people deep. It was crazy. Ate inside because there was no wait. The portions are huge. We got our food really fast and the service was great. The food was good too.
Best freaking Salt and Pepper wings in CA! We are from the Bay Area and are yet to find a place (even in SFO) that can perfect the Salt & Pepper wings like Otay Mandarin. A must stop every time we visit San Diego County.

We love their food! Our go to items are salt n pepper wings, BBQ, Oceania, and house fried rice! They also make their own spicy mustard. It’s the best I’ve ever had! White rice or fried rice comes with the main dishes as a side as well. We eat the leftovers for lunch and nothing ever goes to waste. So good, so good!!!
