I've been eating at Rubio's since the 80's. This Eastlake Chula Vista location is the worst I've ever been to. For a while, the Parkway Plaza location in El Cajon was bad, but then it got better. Since I moved to Eastlake back in August, I've probably eaten at this location 15 times. It is a crap shoot, 50/50, if they'll get your order correct, so if it's take-out, be sure to check before leaving. Also, it is the longest wait time of any Rubio's I've been to. I used to give this place five stars across the board but today I was slightly disappointed. The tortillas weren't like they used to be and the salsa was watered down and the beef tacos was mostly lettuce I still like the food but it's definitely has changed. Hopefully somebody will get it back on its right path what I recommend it yes but not like I would be before
