I would say for people who want lighter broth pho. Could just be because I came on the day of a new week so new broth. However, the meat was super tender. Haven’t had pho with good meat in a while. Great overall experience.
Such delicious food! The chicken broth was original and tasty. The spring rolls had charbroiled pork and were huge plus’s the peanut sauce was great! Charlie pork with rice and egg is a must try! Best place for a flavorful meal. The greatest service they were so attentive. Very clean and quiet ambiance. I will be back. Thank you for providing a great meal for my family!
