Terrible customer service. They barely speak to you when you come in, whether it be in store or through the drive-thru. They literally could care less about you as a consumer. The food is sub par. The last time we went, we ordered a few taco supremes, an empanada and a mexican pizza. The tacos were barely filled (less than half of what you get at the West Sacramento location). George did a great job serving his customers. Very upbeat and considerate young man. Tacobell isn't the first place when you think of positive outlook and positive service but he did a great job representing the place.

The person clearly wasn't listening to me when I asked for 2 spicy ranch because I didn't want the fake cheese that is the nacho cheese. they even charged me for an extra ranch and still gave me the cheese. Read the darn order. You have a screen that tells you, so how can you mess something up like that. Goodness, I can't even eat the chips now.
