This place could use a new name so that most of the poor reviews from the previous owner are inherited by the current owner.Let's start the review! I've only had dumplings, scallion pancake and Chinese leek pockets here. So the review is on those items and service. this place does not sell tea. despite its name. i think its under new ownership and needs a new name.they have some soup noodles, rice and dumpling dishes. i had a sour pickled meat soup noodle dish that i devoured and it tasted on point. my friend got the 'minced pork' with egg veggie and rice and it looked yummy too. there's only one person doing everything, so service is a bit slow. plenty of spaces to sit and eat. overall, enjoyed my meal here!
