Not sure why this location doesn't have better reviews, I come here all the time and almost never have to wait, the staff is very kind. It's nice and quiet in there most days (besides the occasional rowdy child on the weekends -- like any restaurant). The food is always good and fresh, with great portions that exceed the price in this economy! I typically visit this Waba Grill about once a month but the last two visits were disappointing. June visit - requested brown rice but received white steamed rice. Not inedible but not what I requested. July visit (today) - received the brown rice as requested (with salmon as protein choice) but the vegetables were all under cooked, nearly raw. Perhaps your cooks could visit the Ono Hawaiian Grill to learn how to properly steam veggies.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I haven't experienced an issue yet. I was here Friday night and ordered the tacos. I enjoyed them. I had 1 steak, 1 chicken and 1 shrimp.
