“What an amazing cup of coffee and bagel! My girlfriend had a lemon poppy pastry that was also amazing. Place is small but very nice, and the staff were great. A lot of pride seen in this establishment. Definitely the coffee stop for your morning exploration of Angels Camp!“
“Wonderful sourdough and great owners. My Dad has cooked sourdough in our home for year so we are tough critics. We are impressed with this great new bakery downtown! We will be regulars.“

“Great service I was expecting it to not be open because of the snow. It's wonderful to be able to go eat when most businesses are closed. The place is very clean and cute with many things to look at. The food was great and we had a wonderful server and overall a great time. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a restaurant to come with family and friends!“
“My experience with this shop and owner is very positive. She was polite and very knowledgeable. She helped us figure out what we needed for our two year olds birthday. She was even able to double our cupcakes when we had quite a few more guests than originally thought. Communication was simple when needed. The picture for our theme was BEAUTIFULLY recreated on the cake and cupcakes. Many adults said how delicious the dessert was. (some diets were broken that day) All of the children were very happy, it was plain to see they loved them as well. I highly recommend Simply Delish!!“

“I ordered the turkey cranberry today. It came on a Bavarian pretzel. I didn't realize it would be a warm sandwich. I should have realized because it comes with brie cheese. This was by far thee most tasty and wonderful sandwich I have ever had! Super filling and absolutely satisfying. The pretzel was definitely homemade. I give it 10 stars!!! Super deelish!“
“Our wedding was in Sonora, CA on 9/9/23. Anyone who was in the area that weekend should vividly remember the very powerful thunderstorm, which was not in the forecast, even the morning of. One of the 1,000+ lightning strikes knocked out all power in the county from before 5pm until 5am the next morning. How in the world did Skye and her staff pull off the service they provided for our 175 guests? There were no tents and the food service was set up outside. There were no lights outside because the generators were being used for DJ and bathrooms. The only lights inside were battery operated uplights rented from the DJ for ambiance or battery operated taper candles in the candelabra on the tables. Our guests were fed absolutely incredible, delicious food and served wine throughout the night. She pulled off a miracle. Additionally, we used her in-house baker for our cake. First of all, it was delicious. But then in a crazy coincidence, in order to match the invitations and website, we made the strange request for a kintsugi pattern on in the icing. The baker knocked it out of the park! Hilariously, most of the guests mistook the kintsugi to be lightning which matched the skies that night! We also had Skye and her team cater our rehearsal dinner with an incredible paella layout with a carrot cake dessert. It was so delicious! If you get married or want to cater a party anywhere in the vicinity of Lila & Sage's Murphy's, CA kitchen, don't even bother to look for any other caterer. I wish I had good photos of all the food but it was SO dark in the hall. Our guests were just blown away.“

“Excellent little pop-up cafe. The crepes and quiche were magnificent. Great prices for such fine food. The couple that owns the business were very friendly and our food was prepared rather quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be back to try more.“
“I thought I was going to be hauled out of Big Trees for wearing a mask but Todd's Bread was worth standing in line with the benighted customers and pot bellied, maskless greybeard at the cash register who wet sneezed onto his hand and then plastered the palm of said hand on the counter. He did use hand sanitizer when I asked him before touching my Todd's Bread -- and I'm so glad because that bread was amazing and I will seek out Todd's bread from now until the end of time. Purchased the bread around 4 on a Saturday, so it was probably 8-10 hours old. The crust was still crispy with enough chew by the time I got home -- the interior was spongey-firm and glossy, the flavor was perfectly sour and they clearly have an amazing sponge at that place. FIND THIS BREAD!! it is manna.“

“I had to take my dog to the vet and asked if there was a good coffee shop nearby as I don't spend much time in Sonora, she directed me to Schnoogs and I was so grateful! I got a mocha and my kid got a blended caramel coffee, both of which were delicious. The lemon scone was one of the best I've ever had, the glaze was tart and tasted so strongly of fresh lemon, the scone itself was a perfect texture. The chocolate croissant was nice but a little too sweet for me, it was still very good though. Their menu was easy to read, the service was good and they made sure to ask if we had any questions. I couldn't stay inside for long but it was clean and organized, there were many places to sit. Tables and couches were available. There were board games to play, and a shop space where they had small items and branded coffee cups. I will definitely be coming back and trying more of their products in the future.“

“This restaurant is amazing. The sandwich bread and scones were so fresh. Each member of our group ordered something different, and everything looked amazing and home made-especially the chicken pot pies, salads, variety of sandwiches and teas. We were a party of eleven and they were able to accommodate us sufficiently at a long table outdoors. I really appreciated the service and attentiveness. I know it is difficult to serve large parties, but they achieved this masterfully.“
