“We love pho alley for a quick bite to go. We came in the other night to place a to go order and it took about 45 minutes and most of our food wasn’t very warm, but we would still come back. I just suggest ordering ahead of time. The house pho and garlic noodles + shaken beef are our favorites here. The shaken beef is tender and the sauce is delicious. I love the beef broth the pho comes in.“
“DoorDashed this place for the first time since I’m sick and was craving PHO!!! Amazing Pho I got the vegetarian one I also got extra soup and they gave me a lot for $3! I got 4 things for less than $40 which is hard to find these days! Try this place out!!!!“
“I discovered this gem on TikTok and thought I give it a try. I had the fresh spring rolls, the roll was wrapped with grilled pork instead of boiled pork, the grilled pork made a world of difference. Not sure if I can ever have the regular fresh spring rolls again. I also had shrimp soup noodles, they were very generous with the shrimps. The soup was was full of flavors. I am a pho enthusiast and I approve this gem. Give this place a try and share your dinning experience with me.“
“Spring roll peanut sauce was pleasant. The brisket used in the pho can almost become a tender meal on it's own. Different from other pho restaurants. No MSG headaches. Clean big pieces of meat, soft silky noodles, steamed bean sprouts to prevent soup from cooling too quickly. The only complaint is the hard seats in the booth. You'll know what I mean.“

“Second visit in a week.Hands down the best pho I have ever had. I believe that they use real bone broth (not the powder), so I can tase the umami, didn’t even have to put any garnish in the pho. Also, the fish sauce fry is a must try, can’t find it elsewhere.“
“Very impressive!Great broth, great beef. We had the Pho combo and the Wagyu fried rice, both were fantastic! Kids got free noodle with clear broth.Even the Thai tea was so tasty with intense flavor but not too sweet! The service was ? on the cake.Definitely recommend!“
“My girlfriend and I found this place by chance and I am SO glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing! The owner came out to our table and talked to us. He's such a friendly guy. The chef came out and talked to us for a bit too. We had to wait for our table for a few minutes when we 1st got there, but I definitely know why. This place is small, but consistently steady with business. I HIGHLY recommend this place and we will definitely be back again!“
“Walking into Pho 318, my girlfriend and I were immediately struck by its inviting atmosphere and the irresistible scent of authentic pho. The dish itself was an amazing--rich, flavorful broth, tender meat, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh herbs combined in a perfect harmony that left us craving for more. The warm, attentive service made our experience great. Pho 318 is not just a meal... it's a destination for anyone seeking authentic Vietnamese food in a cozy setting. We're already planning our next visit to try their vermicelli. They recently condensed their menu too.“
“My family has been coming here for years. ? It's been awhile and we decided to come on a Sunday rainy night. We were a party of 6. We had to wait since the tables available didn't have enough seats for us. No problem at all and the staff was looking for space for us. ? Everything seemed great when we ordered and we took our time to eat. We did feel rushed when we were ordering but all the food came out quickly! ?I order a plain small pho with small noodles (no meat). My husband and my brother ordered Brisket rare pho with big noodle, small size. Other brother ordered Chicken pho (not sure what sizes). My dad also order pho but not sure what type and size. He also ordered a steak plate with coke to drink. My step mom order a plate as well but not sure what type either. She also order a coconut drink. Waters all round! ?We also order 2 sets of egg rolls (8 rolls in total) Everything seemed fine expect the rice was a little hard on the plates. Overall we had a great time! ?“
“The pho is about as good as you can get, it was the best pho I’ve had in a while. The Passion Fruit drink is refreshing and appears to be handcrafted, with the pulpy seeds and all, and was perfectly sweet even without an add-on. As a drink, it reminds me of 7Leaves’ sunset passion or peach teas, which also have a sweet, fresh fruit taste. The food has been consistently good, though prices are on the higher side but unfortunately are actually the going rate in 2024. Fast service“
“Finally got to try this place, I really only used to have time at night to go, and the plaza was a bit too dark for me but I braved the darkness and was not disappointed. Upon entering I felt like I was entering one of those karaoke bars since they had a little drum set set up in the corner and a huge speaker. I ordered the special pho in a large and it came with TONS of meat. I usually love brisket (gau) and they have one of the softest briskets I've had in So Cal! Top 3. I absolutely love the brisket at pho 101 and this is like a dead ringer for the softness and butteriness. Yes, I still have braces and am picky about my meats! The soup was very good, I came towards the end of the night and so I got at the best of the soup, it was so satisfying. Nice light, perfect saltiness and wonderful layers of flavors. The woman helping me was really nice but I did come in right before closing so I didn't really expect much, or even if I would be sat down. I'm happy I got to the special pho here. Will definitely be back. 8/10 over broth, noodles, and meat.“
“Best Pho Ga I ever had!!!! The broth was incredibly clear and bursting with an abundance of flavors. Every spoonful was a delightful experience, leaving me wanting more with each bite. Place is small and tight, but it's worth it! I highly recommend trying this Pho Ga! My favorite Pho Ga place in OC!“
“Good customer service, a bit of time to get your food. I ordered the Shaken Beef which comes with slaw on lettuce, rice and the shaken beef. I felt the proportion of beef to rice and salad was small. The pieces of beef are small to begin with and mixed with the onions and tomato, the portion of beef is even smaller. The rice was dry so I had to mix with the shaken beef sauce. Taste was good though.“
“Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon while my car was being serviced nearby. You order first and then seat yourself. Dining area is small and limited. Service is great and friendly.I ordered pho with meatballs and rare beef ($13). The beef was already inside the bowl and did not come rare. It was unfortunately chewy and overcooked. The broth was tasty. Meatballs were standard.“
“Simple place with TVs playing local news. The pho was delicious with flavorful broth.I would come again if I lived closer and wanted pho.Oddly enough, they put up the closed sign at 7:41pm on Sunday, so maybe the hours aren't as reliable...?“
“Rainy day, stopped by to pickup chicken pho and chicken rice dish. The female at the register, think she handles the front of the restaurant, always nice and helpful. There were others ordering for take-out too. Chicken pho and rice always delish.“
“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone in search of authentic Bun Bo Hue. This place surpassed my expectations in terms of their delicious bun bo Hue, excellent service, and cleanliness. Now, let's talk about the star of the show--the Bun Bo Hue. It was nothing short of extraordinary. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right balance of spices. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the beef and pork slices were tender and succulent, and the garnishes added a delightful touch. I couldn't help but savor every spoonful, and it left me craving for more. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The overall ambiance was inviting and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying the meal. This is definitely my new go to place whenever I'm in the mood for Bun Bo Hue. Will also try their other dishes next time.“
“I love to have my bowl of pho at this restaurant because it's doesn't have msg. My bowl of pho stays hot from the time they brought it out till the time I finished. They are always very generous with the meats. Very satisfying and highly recommended. Good and fast service. Very clean and comfortable establishment.“
“Amazing place, great prices, and really nice servers. We had a big group so food coming out was a bit slow, completely understandable. I just loved #23. The vermicilli was so crispy and the sauce on top so flavorful. Their current deal on free drinks, such as soda, soy milk, and Thai tea was just the cherry on top! Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.“
“I ordered takeout so I can't speak to their dine-in experience which appears to be most people's complaints. My takeout order was ready quickly after I had placed the order. I got the beef stew pho and it was good but also overly salty! I couldn't finish the carrots in it because it was so salty. I still enjoyed the whole bowl but didn't drink the broth, I would order a regular pho next time or dilute the beef stew broth. I also ordered the egg rolls and the fish sauce was extremely salty too, the egg rolls itself were okay, they weren't amazing but enough to satisfy a craving.“
