I am officially sold. This place used to be a dive, but they've invested a good amount in here to make it friendly, cozy, and modern. The walls have been redone, the lighting is new, and the fixtures are all new. There's a super long bar area and plenty of booths and counters as well. While browsing new bars to visit on a weekday through Yelp, I stumbled upon Nick and Nora, and I'm thrilled that we decided to give it a try. We indulged in an espresso martini, dirty martini, pink skies, and the Silk Road. Each a delightful handcrafted cocktail presented in a pretty cup with pretty garnishes. I went to Nick and Nora for the first time for a friend's birthday. I had so much fun. It's a cool place, plenty of seating and not so crowded. I like the location. And there's music!
