“Came last night for their new Dinner for Love package. It was a great meal and experience for my wife and I. It was an 8 course feast that could easily feed 3 people. It is a great value as well for $158 before tax and tip and includes a bottle of white wine. It includes fried won tons that my wife loved, sweet and sour soup with shrimp inside, xia long bao with a tasty sauce, duck wrapped by server in front of us, huge grilled scallops grilled in front of us by server, fillet mignon cubes grilled in front of us by server, and ice cream for dessert. Service was superb and the ambiance was very unique with their enhanced lighting and creative table gizmos. This experience was plenty good for special occasions but the price can easily be for a simple date night. I highly recommend this place. Great food, service, and value. Also great location on PCH that is a short walk to the beach.“
“OMG I love this establishment! My friend spilt his drink and blamed it on me but they helped pick it up AND THEY COMPLIMENTED HIS SHOES! Food came out in a lickety split! Orange Chicken was crunchy and orangy! Music was lit and lights were cool. My favorite part of the meal was the fortune cookie which told me I was fertile and full of life! THATS PRETTY LIFE CHANGING! However I got hit by a car as I was walking out of the establishment. 5 STARS“
“This place is a total gem. Came in on a quiet Sunday evening to dine. Our waiter and the cook were very friendly and welcomed us in. We ordered the hot and sour soup, general tso chicken and the Mongolian beef. We absolutely loved the soup and the dishes were really tasty with a good size portion and the breading was very nice on the chicken. We will definitely be back for more good food. ?“
“Went here as it was close walking distance from our hotel. It's not much to look at but it is clean and the service is very friendly. The food, however, was OUTSTANDING. The mongolian beef was th best I've tasted and I kept thinking about it over the rest of the weekend. I would have had it for breakfast the next morning if the restaurant were open. Not fancy but a great choice if you want excellent food.“
“My spouse and I went Asian kitchen because we were craving Pho. We both had their seafood udon and it was absolutely delicious! I also had a peach martini, and my spouse had a Japanese lager. Both were exceptionally delicious, as well! Our waitress, “Anita“ was a delight! She had a great sense of humor, and made the whole experience that much more fun and enjoyable. The environment is also super stylish! 5 STARS!!“
“One of my families favorites. Been going for years, it has always been excellent. Sandy and Shu do a great job in the front of the house and we all love the food. Favorites include Yosi's crispy fish, mala scallops and chicken. My wife loves the sesame shrimp with walnuts or aromatic shrimp. My buddy ALWAYS gets the chefs special crispy beef. It can get crowded and the food's always fresh so at peak hours you need to be patient when dining in. I order take out a lot (especially during Covid) and never had an issue. Always exactly what I ordered and pretty quick. I highly recommend it!“
“I've been going here for 13 yearsThe quality of food and service has never taken a dip in that time.As long as they are around they will always be a staple in my culinary Rolodex -Kid-friendliness: The staff all love my two boys - They will always bring a little something for them out if They get restless while waiting for the food ?“
“I have never been to this restaurant before. I had the opportunity to visit many shops of the PF Chang chain. But this place is uninspiring as a shop and the inside is not like the other shops. Also the seating arrangements are bad. It is not a good shop design, I think it would be nice to close the shop for the winter season and serve after a good renovation inside. Also, I don't know who's idea it is about the TV, but the lion and deer hunting for dinner on TV is not good at all! We could have preferred a sports match!Parking: the parking lot for the cars is very crowded and there is a long line at the charging point. everyone leaves their cars and goes shopping! so come with full electricity, otherwise you will be stranded!“
“This place has plenty of parking, very clean and the employees are so happy and helpful. Food is hot and fresh. Large selection and plentiful. I really love everything, but my fav is Pork fried rice. Food is seasoned perfectly. Service is fast and priced fairly. Loads of almond and fortune cookies and fried noodles. Drinks are also bottled or fountain and a nice variety Highly Recommend.“
“Such a delicious and pleasant experience. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. Service is outstanding!! The cocktails were perfect and our wine was great. Oh the food was amazing! Tip if you are thinking Peking duck request at time of making reservation as it is prepared fresh and served by chef at table side. Very impressive! It is a great family dinning menus portions are generous, fresh and unique! Excited to go back......“
“Ginger is an amazing owner!! she's literally the most welcoming restaurant owner i ever met. Not only her food is delicious, they offer GLUTEN FREE dishes which i have been struggling to find. We ordered the orange chicken and egg fried rice (both are GLUTEN free and YUMMY) will come back again.“
“Food is good. Order was wrong but they corrected without a problem because it was their mistake. Thanks so much for being open on Christmas day/night. It was super busy with to-go orders and also for dine in but that’s okay. This restaurant is nice and they did their very best.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options and pescatarian options available.Parking: No issues with parking“
“We've been searching everywhere in south OC for good takeout and finally found our go-to spot! Fresh food, nice service, and great price. We had chow mein, spicy pork, king pao chicken, beef and broccoli, and shrimp won ton soup. All tasted fresh (nothing was mushy or swimming in gravy, my pet peeve), the portions were very generous, and it came out to under $30. Nothing to complain about and we hope they stick around for years to come!“
“Love this place! Hands down the best place around with the best food and service! We asked them to make us scallion pancakes with ginger sauce n the next visit it was on the menu! And absolutely delicious! During covid when they couldn’t have dine in the put up a ping pong table to play while u waited for your food! It was so fun! My only complaint is that they bring back the ping pong table!!!????“
“Absolutely delicious Mu Shu pork, shrimp with lobster sauce and Egg Rolls. I loved all of it but I had a foodgasm when I ate the egg rolls. All the ingredients seemed fresh and the sauces rocked. This is my new restaurant fave. My only suggestion would be not to use zucchini slices in the lobster sauce. Bok choy would have been better. This was a Door Dash meal that made me happy!“
“Linda, the owner, greeted us with a warm welcome. Apparently New Mandarin Garden restaurant has been around for forty years in San Clemente. I'm not sure if they've been in the same location for forty years but Linda's service was swift and was very accommodating with our special FURBALL guest. The food, as reviewed by many, was delicious and gave us more than a plate full. The restrooms were super clean. Since today was a rainy Easter day we opted to be in an area where Linda had allowed us to have our furball companion be with us. So super nice of the owner and again, so super accommodating! So call ahead (Jason, I think he's Linda's son gave us permission to bring our furball friend with us) to find out if you could bring your furball with you. Other than that if you're looking for good value with lots of food and be able to bring your furball, I think this New Mandarin Garden is one of the best restaurant in San Clemente!“
“We love our lunches at Pick Up Stix. Especially when. Luis is there because he knows what we like and how we like it done. He is such an amazing employee and warm personality. We look forward to the nice hospitality and delicious food. We can't thank him enough for making our lunches great experiences, over and over.“
“I recently discovered China Bros because Board & Brew decided to close on Halloween at 5pm, which seems fairly absurd. I digress. So my friend and I wandered a few stores down to the open doors of China Bros. Inside were several Chinese people--even the cooks. So we knew this had to be a solid, authentic Chinese food establishment. We were not let down. The king pao chicken was reminiscent of what I'd eaten every single day for four months straight when I lived in Nanjing, circa 2002. The chicken and broccoli was also sublime. Even a green beans dish was tasty. I'll be working China Bros into my regular rotation.“
“We have picked up and dined in a couple times now and it was time to leave a review. The food taste fresh and not overly salty or saucy like other restaurants. The fried rice is delicious. We loved the egg rolls and the house beef. But the soup is killer. I'm obsessed with the sizzling rice soup. It is the best. Packed with veggies, the broth is so good and has this crunchy rice on top. So good especially if you are under the weather. My fiancé loves the sweet and sour soup as well. The Little Kitchen Asian Cafe has definitely become a staple in our house and highly recommend stopping in or grabbing it to go.“
