The food is great, but some days are better than others. The staff are kind and they always ask me about my day. Cecilia and Pam are especially wonderful!

I like how welcoming the reception staff are, they seem to care about the students. Furthermore, the food here at Cuarto is always good. Definitely the standard for a student here at UC Davis. 10/10 would recommend.

From the warm greetings from the workers at the reception to the well cooked food behind the counter, this common is just the best for a quick meal and conversation.

This is a residential dining hall for the students that live on campus, but it's also open to the public which is nice. You pay when you walk in and I was able to use Apple Pay. Service at the counter was efficient to pay and walk in.I've eaten at Segundo Dining Commons a few times, so was curious to check out Cuarto Dining Commons as well. Cuarto is a lot smaller than Segundo and feels more compact. There is limited seating on the first floor and more seating on the second. It costs $12.50 for all you can eat over lunch and I got a Vegan Burger with sweet potato fries. I also got a Vegan Maple Donut. All of the vegan options are clearly marked which is awesome. Cuarto is worth checking out, but I like Segundo better.

Took me back to my undergrad days.

Decent, though there's not much healthy besides the cold, raw salad bar.

Back in my Davis days (freshman in 2016) this was my favorite DC. It's the smallest of the three and provides the most intimate setting. It's actually pretty cozy and a nice place to meet someone or spend extended periods. The food seemed to be consistently prepared better than Tercero in particular. It also had a few unique options like a sushi bar. It's worth the trip across Russell and overall has left a positive impression in my memory.

Cuarto DC is my favorite out of all the dcs at UC Davis. The location is pretty good, it's a little bit out of the way vs other DCs so it's far but that has its advantages too. It's always less crowded than other DCs, the food is fresher and not rushed, and it's quiter and always space to sit at. The food itself is great too! I'd eat multiple times a day as a freshman and I would compare Cuarto to other DCs. Curato always had best food, especially during the special events days. It's literally THE SPOT to go to if there's yummy food at the dc. I never had a dry turkey or chicken there, but I did have nasty ones at Tercero or Segundo. Another highlight is the burgers made to order, that thing was BUSSIN I literally still think about it after graduating lol... though tercero had better fries...In general really good DC points of for being a DC, not worth eating there unless you're a student.
