“Was here as a vendor for the denair farm and family festival. It was a wonderful day that started with a trip to the coffee house after setting up. I had a cold brew with sugar free caramel and sugar free vanilla no milk it was delicious. My sister and her co worker both go flavored teas. Booth of then loves the tea. Attached is a cute shop to explore while you wait and maybe find treasures. But the real treasure is def this little coffee shop. I cannot eat sugar but....they seemed to have a delectable assortment of pastries to purchase to pair with you drink of choice. We also got a carmel machiatto that our friend said was absolutely delicious. If you find yourself traveling down santa fe, thru denair or maybe you are on the amtrak and you find yourself getting off at the deniar/ turlock station... this coffee shop is near the main street and santa fe intersection, be sure to stop in there for a delicious brew, tea or.specialty drink. Enjoy.

“A great guy runs this shop and I'm happy to call him a friend. I don't know him personally but he makes me feel like his buddy when I come in and he always hooks me up with extras when I come. The food is good and the service is outstanding.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and always asks how you're doing and is super nice to the kids.

“not too crowded or noisy for a late lunch. good selection of tasty food with an excellent salad bar. the service was good, there is plenty of parking and it's wheelchair accessible. the prices are reasonable, the building and grounds are well maintained with several resident ducks dotting the lawns and floating on a small water feature. a few colorful chickens also roam the grounds. it's a delightful place.”

“We heard about Ann’s via social media and drove quite a distance to try it. It is the best place where we have had fish and chips in the valley and nearby seaside towns. Unlike some other places we have tried, which include coastal restaurants, the fish was tender and seemingly fresh, and the batter was perfect! The last place we had really good fish and chips in California was Crescent City.”

“It is always a joy to visit this place. The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Our server always remembers what we ordered during our previous visits, no matter how long it's been since we were there. Impressive! They let you customize your dish. For example: I like the Kung Pao Chicken, but not so many peanuts. So, they make sure I'm happy by leaving them off. I'm not too wild about their egg rolls, but their Spring Rolls are really good. And - - their Chicken Wings are amazingly delicious.”

My 13 Year Old Son Bubbers AKA Charles just walked out saying “I Love This Place Mon, they treat us like Family!” I told him we’ve been coming here since before you were born Son & he Smiled the BIGGEST Smile & said “Exactly! We’re Family, Right?” Their biscuits and gravy are AMAZING!!!”
