“Food was delicious and made to order. I really enjoyed my lunch. Service was fast and cooked right in front of me. However I did not enjoy the lemonade it was entirely way too sweet for my taste. A little pricey.Customer service was good. Clean and organized. Employees were friendly and answered all of my questions politely. The restaurant is located in the mall food court. After looking through all of the restaurants I'm glad I choose Charleys Philly cheese steaks and will be back.“
“I saw that this spot had great reviews so I decided to stop by.Customer service was excellent and very kind when I entered. I just ordered a classic Philly cheesesteak with fries. The cheese steak was good & the fries were descent.The flavor was ok, just wish their sauce for the Philly cheesesteak was on the bun or on the meat. They’re in little mini containers. The fries were crispy but not too seasoned and they only have packeted ketchup too. Overall it was a descent lunch.I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items.“
“I wandered by abnd was quickly greeted by server. She asked what i would like before I was seated... I went with the lule plate and a drink. I was served rather quick. I was rewarded with a fragrant plate. The server warned me the hot sauce is spicy. Of course this the first thing I tried haha. She was not lying it had a good kick to it. The meat was juicy flavorful, and bit pink? I was ok with that. The bread was delicious. The only thing I was disapointed was the plastic cutlery. 1/3 into the meal poink! the fork break cutting the lule. Luckily there was enough of the handle to continue. I finished up and paid inside and left a happy camper.“
“I love Charley's, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Thank you again to the two staff members who were there on 1.20.24 during the afternoon. They made my experience that much better because the two worked well together, and they looked like they enjoyed their job, which is always a plus for me when I go out and eat in at a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. I like the classic philly cheesesteak, but today I tried the chicken philly steak since it was on special, and it tasted great. This location offers a military discount for those vets out looking for good discounts when eating out. It is located in the Azelea shopping center in South Gate so there is plenty of parking.“

The Steak burger is another level the best homemade burger lettuce tomato grilled onions cheese and a toasted bun?with the crinkle fries dry lemon pepper and Cajun with the Asian sweet chili dipping sauce ?????the lemonade all 3 flavors mixed peach strawberry and mango!!!! Great savings and new promotions every two weeks to either save money or get something free with purchase. Ector and Alma work great together as management. “This was an outstanding meal. The bread was delicious. Every component of the chicken cheesesteak was delicious. The service was great. Whoever was working at the counter was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the subs are only 9 inches. They should make a 12 inch or 15 inch option, but still I'll give five stars.“
