“Man, this place brings me back. I was born and raised in Kuwait, where this place originates. I have fond memories of hanging out at the local Juice Time with friends or siblings after a long day of spending time together and hanging around. I'm happy to say that this place brings those nostalgically wonderful memories back to me in the form of delicious beverages and decadently sweet desserts. Let's talk a bit more about the food options. As Kuwaitis, we're known in the Arabian Peninsula for incredible cuisine and sublime dessert recipes. At this place, you can take a waffle or crepe, and add lotus, pistachio sauce, kinder, Nutella and whatever else your heart desires. You'll be sure to dig into such a deliciously sweet treat that it'd be hard not to come back for more later. The kunafa, which is a cultural food item from the greater middle east and levantine regions, is so well-perfected here. It makes me happy that my culinary culture is brought to such life and authenticity under the supervision of this location's manager, Ali. There's plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your beverages and dessert, here, but don't be afraid to get that drink to go. I remember growing up I would always pass by the local juice time and say, "hey, some Awaar Galb (drink called heartattack, its healthier than it sounds, I promise) sounds pretty good right now." and I would continue my outing with a newly acquired beverage. Do yourself and favor and try out some food and drink and from this place. They did our culinary culture a solid by bringing this place to the finest city in America.“

Literally the first bite took me back to my childhood road trips throughout Mexico, I've never had something so delicious that reminds me of the best place I've traveled and eaten. Very fresh, service and cleanliness was amazing. I had a breakfast torta and I can't wait to try more.“
“This place was a nice find. I love açai bowls, and this place did not disappoint. I met the owner Kevin who made my bowl. He was a really friendly guy and made sure that my experience was fantastic. I like the fact that you can make your own bowl, by choosing the ingredients, sidenote, they make it you choose it. He said that all of the fruit is fresh that they shop for daily. Everything is organic they have seating inside and out if you like me and you love this type of food don’t miss out on this place.“
“Been meaning to try this spot and finally got the craving for a bagel. I ordered a salmon bagel ($9.50) and my friend ordered two stuffed croissants ($6.50 each).Salmon bagel: on first glance I thought they robbed me but after my first bite I was pleased. It looked like they only gave me slivers of salmon, but they stuffed bits of it on the top and bottom piece. That thing was evenly blended with all ingredients. Only note is not much cream cheese but I’m biased because I’m a cream cheese addict lol. Would definitely recommendStuffed croissants: they did not look or taste the best. Both were Soggy mush in the center and crispy on the outside. Favorite parts were the burnt pieces around the thing, not a fan of the filling. The cheese reminded me of low quality mashed potatoes. Would not recommend.“
“I love love this place. The drinks are fabulous & can be tailored to your likes on the sweetness. The customer service was good as I was created through the door with friendly faces and was able to pick my drink up promptly by ordering through the app. The establishment is spacious for girls tea or just a group of friends chilling. I will definitely return here as it has now become one of my favorites.“
“An affordable, local fruit bar with a wide array of options from smoothies to sandwiches is definitely hard to find. However, El Cajon definitely counts with Sweet & Green as one of their hidden gems. Not only is the service very friendly and accommodating, they are patient when a potentially clueless client such as me walks in. They offer a variety of custom food and drink options, all reasonably priced. They also offer Mexican snacks and candy--Mexican in brands, not themes (very important). I got the Meat Lover's sandwich, which was nicely toasted and had a large amount of meats that were neatly placed so every bite was consistent. Their corn in a cup was jam packed with corn--which most places unfortunately displace a lot of delicious corn and spices with water to increase profits. Their "Escamocha" was a delicious fruit salad with my choice of ice cream, which was the perfect ending. With three booth tables and a high top table, the overall mood is casual, friendly and relaxing. They always have music that is both catchy and great additions to your playlist. This place has become my "go-to" place for delicious, healthy snacks, a relaxing ambiance, or everything in between. Keep rocking!“

“I can’t tell you how much I love this place!! It’s only 5mins away from me so it’s very convenient and the boba tea is SO GOOD! I’ve been to Trinity, kung Fu tea, and boba joy….and NONE of them even compares to vanity. My favorite drink at vanities is the matcha green tea. Sometimes I get it as milk tea and sometimes I get it as snow bubble which is also really good…I love the atmosphere of Vanitea, it’s always such a vibe. They have good music taste too! Make sure you go here at least once, I promise you it’s delicious!“

“Surf city squeeze great place to get a smoothie. We've been going there for a few years. They're plenty of smoothies to try my favorite strawberry banana. My sons is strawberry, banana, blueberry, and so far so you can add protein you can add different powders to your smoothie. However, recently, I traveled to the mall in El Cajon and noticed that the Walmart had closed down. With that being said, obviously foot traffic is going to be gone. Who knows what kind of business will come after that will replace the amount of people going to surf city. it would be a shame to lose a business like this one. Definitely try and make your way into the mall just at least for the smoothies so we can continue having them I'm going around. It would be a shame to lose them.“
“Monique is so nice, and she makes the best smoothies!! I ask her to make me a specific type of smoothie every time that tastes like strawberry and cinnamon applesauce combined together but in smoothie form, and it tastes so good!! A must-go if in the area!!“
