“This place is so cozy, so charming, so friendly! I’ve been here several times over the past 2 years, but my last visit reinforced that this is going to be one of the places I will frequent from now on. In fact, I’m going this week 3 times! The food is really good as well, and excellent for those of us who are always torn between two decisions… They have an option where you can get half of two options! I love this neighborhood too, and I always drive up the road for the little free library afterwards.Parking: Packed“

“The Chilaquiles and Chile Relleno Burrito are delicious. The cashier was very informative and nice. They have great specials. On Mondays you can buy any breakfast burrito and it comes with a free drink if I remember correctly. I would definitely come back here again to try something else.“

“When I’m in Pasadena and I don’t want to make my own I go to The Reyn Coffee Shop. It’s just like my local diner in my hood in NYC. The service is great and the food is always yummy..Great coffee!“

“Oh my goodness! I just left Peach Café and what an amazing experience as usual. First of all, the breakfast burrito was freaking amazing not to mention that the crispy scallop potatoes are wonderful! I usually get the farm fresh scramble, but this time I wanted to switch it up, but make sure you try that one too because that with the cornbread is out of this world! And big thanks to Lexi for turning me on to the best vanilla latte that I have ever tasted! (don’t forget to add almond milk.) And I just have to say that, even though the food is delicious, the staff the atmosphere is what always puts them over the top! Javier, Dana, & Lexi went above and beyond to take care of me! So if you are in the mood for some breakfast or lunch in Monrovia make sure you stop by Peach Café!Vegetarian options: Great spot if you are vegetarian or vegan. So many delicious options!“

“I went with my friends to get breakfast. We had a good time and enjoyed the food. I love waffles and the one I had here was really good. I also loved the orange juice. It tasted freshly squished. My friend accidentally ordered something thinking it was one way but it turned out to be a different thing and they nicely replaced it. I will come back here. Also very nice customer service and everyone is so nice and attentive.“

“I’ve been cutting out refined sugar and it’s been difficult but I came across this place and I was able to have a wonderful chocolate shake with almond milk and cocoa, yes it had sugar but pure cane sugar. It was a great alternative and it taste so yummy! I was also able to add toppings, healthy toppings, strawberries, blueberries, etc. so good! Can’t wait to go back❤️“

“Came here for a family lunch and we will definitely be back! Hearty portions. The chapo specials have a few type of meats they kind of compete with each-other and I would skip the chicken in that specific combination. The breakfast burrito was a HIT. Next time I want to try it with hash brown/refried beans. Everything else was good , will be back for sure . Service was good, not a Michelin starJoint but the price is right and it's definitely a neighborhood joint. Worker was like " you've never been here before so they definitely have their clientele" murals on the walls average Mexican spot vibes.“
“Crossroads is a nice little cafe with a great variety of sandwiches. My friends and I ordered sandwiches to-go and they were so yummy! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and loved it. It was a good spice level for me but may be a little bit spicy for some. Everyone else really enjoyed their sandwiches as well. Overall, it was a great meal and I will definitely be coming back to try more things in the future.“

“Caramelo Café offers a delightful morning escape with excellent customer service. Visited on a Friday morning, the waitress was incredibly attentive, ensuring our experience was top-notch. The ambiance is charming, adding to the overall appeal. The highlight was undoubtedly the food. Opting for the chilaquiles burrito with steak, I was greeted with a burst of delicious flavors, especially with their tantalizing green salsa. However, while the steak had a robust flavor, it was a tad thick and tough to chew, leaving me contemplating a different protein choice for my next visit--perhaps bacon? Despite this minor setback, Caramelo Café left a positive impression. With its inviting atmosphere and flavorsome dishes, it's a spot I'd recommend to anyone seeking a delightful breakfast experience.“

“PASTRAMI BURRITO WITH BACON AND AVOCADO Not sure why they don't have a Yelp account for the Burbank location. I went to the Burbank location. Overall, I was definitely satisfied with the breakfast burrito. It was pretty big and it was hot and fresh. It was delicious. The tater tots and bacon has a good crunch with every bite. I would definitely order again. I'd recommend this place to my family and friends.“

“Our breakfast at IHOP was great! The pancakes were fluffy, light, and extremely tasty. Our eggs were cooked to perfection as was our bacon and sausage. Our waitress, Nicole, provided exceptional service, refilling our drinks and asking how we were. Definitely will return.“

Had a Vietnamese coffee, I was happy that it didn’t leave me cracked out.The environment is a bunch old timer Vietnamese gentleman here drinking their coffee and chatting with their homies.Everyone is nice.My favorite is the French baguette. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.“

“The wait wasn't too bad on a Saturday morning around 11AM (after a late morning hike). The server was nice, although notably a bit flustered as it was busy inside. I had an iced Rose Latte, which was delicious and not overwhelming. Both the Croque Madame and Croque Monsier dishes were flavorful and large portions. I'll be returning to try more items off the menu.“

“A mom and pops diner with great service and interestingly tasty food. Craving for a different breakfast experience and spotted this place and thought to try. The place is dated but clean with ample parking space. There was a sign on what seemed to be a door but wasn't sure it was pointing to where the entrance is when it meant that door was the actual entrance to the restaurant. Went on a Sunday morning, wasn't too busy. Got seated right away. The server was very attentive to our needs. Service is fast as well. Tried their chicken burrito which was surprisingly very delicious! Portion size is moderate, has the right amount of meat and eggs. It comes with an option to either their red or green sauce which had the right hint of spiciness to it. Price is very affordable and overall, not too shabby.“

“The service was good, we went in at a perfect time on a weekday. I wish they carried Dr.Pepper and I miss being able to have the variety of syrup choices. They need to bring the choice's back? The only thing that took a while was when it came time to pay. We had to wait for our waitress to serve other table's before we were able to pay due to their policy of pay at table now.“

“Ordered the Colorado Omelette through Uber Eats. (Very quick delivery!!) The meat inside had good flavor but the egg whites were not seasoned. VERY watery though, and it was NOT condensation, 2 tablespoons of liquid. Had this come to me like that dining in, I would've sent it back. Buttermilk pancakes were yummy. They only sent 3 out of the four in the Syrup Caddy.“

“This is one of the closer places I could find 肉夹馍 rou jia mo (Chinese hamburger), so I stopped by and have a try. We just came back from a trip to Xi ‘A which is the birthplace of this food. The taste was ok. They added some chopped green pepper which I don’t think the authentic version has it. The bun is also a bit more burnt compared to the authentic version. Overall not too bad but just don’t expect it’s the original version!“

“Came here for my lunch break today & was seated right away. Surprisingly, it wasn't super packed considering that it was lunch hours. We ordered French toast & Belgian waffles with the breakfast platter (eggs, bacon, & hash browns). Our server was very attentive. She took our order right away & the food came shortly after. Love her attentiveness! She brought water refills without us even asking for one. I've been here on multiple occasions and overall, I'd say I've had a positive experience each time. Definitely a great spot to come to for breakfast/lunch if you're craving for traditional American food. This is a family friendly establishment, so there will be times where you'll hear screaming children when you're just trying to enjoy your meal, lol.“

“We come and eat breakfast here a lot. It's a basic food restaurant in a primarily industrial area of an industrial city, with a mostly Hispanic clientele. It is great for what it is, I know I'm not in West Hollywood or Pasadena, I am in La Puente and this place very good for the area. The food, the people, and the interactions, are great. :)“

“I was browsing around and saw that a new place took over Richie Wich. I was excited to see a Hawaiian cafe!We ordered:-loco moco hamburger patty with fried rice (can choose white rice) and 2 sunny side up eggs (you can choose how you want them cooked)-ube coconut pancakes-chicken katsu with rice and mac salad-iced ube coffee-P.O.G juiceEverything was yummy! The sauce for chicken katsu was too strong for my liking though and my SO wished there was a stronger ube taste in the coffee. We would definitely want to visit again!“
