Not all Starbucks are created equal. This is a good one tho not the easiest to get in and out of however, staff is pleasant and efficient. Baked goods are fresh.

This Starbucks Coffee Company offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. The location has a huge lobby with lots of seating, and tables both inside and outside. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, and the restaurant keeps services like two restrooms available. The staff is always very nice, super friendly, and provides exceptional service, asking if a refill or water is needed. The drink quality is good, and drinks are made really well. However, there are issues. The lobby has been closed as early as 4pm despite the website saying 8pm. The drive-thru also closes in the morning before 8:15. There are long waits for in-house orders, with one customer waiting 15+ minutes for a beverage. The priorities seem to be only on mobile orders, even when a team of five staff is in house with a closed drive-thru. The food options are not good enough, and the look of the place is not liked. Despite these problems, the location is decent and the service is a pleasure.
