Literally takes forever to make one coffee. I ordered a cake pop too, I got my coffee first after, 10 min, and didn't get my cake pop, so I forgot I ordered it and left. This is a recurring problem. My simple latte was made incorrectly, I ordered a tall Hazelnut latte. They made regular latte with no syrup. It was too late. I'm super nice, I tip well. I am not complicated. Disappointing
This Starbucks always has a ridiculously long wait, and I’m not sure why. A few weeks ago I ordered a coffee traveler an hour before I needed to pick it up in the morning. I spoke with a barista and left my name. When I showed up, they had my name, but no coffee traveler, and they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. They offered no apology and no explanation. When I returned, I was “served” by a brunette barista with a bob and glasses, who did not have so much as smile...read full review

This is my favorite Starbucks. The crew here are nice, work hard and are efficient. Drive through Starbucks don’t always have a good dine in area but this one is always clean and cheery!
