My husband and I finally got a chance to try this place at the Welk Farmer's Market today. We ordered the Jack Sparrow combo to share. The ribs were a little on the dry side. Although the seasoning was tasty, it was a little overpowering. We also prefer our ribs with the membrane removed. The rotisserie chicken was excellent! Very moist and well seasoned. Phenomenal food. I got the half chicken + 2 pork rib combo which came with incredible rosemary potatoes and grilled veggies. Everything came with generous portions, piled high. The employees were helpful and kind, moving fast to make chicken and ribs on their rotisserie truck.As for the meat, the chicken was tender and juicy with delicious crispy skin - is there anything better? Swiss Grill is Back! After a health issue these guys are back and better than ever! Their chicken is AMAZING but I was also BLOWN AWAY with their ribs. You know you are eating great ribs when nobody is asking for sauce. They are so good they don't need sauce! I caught them at Vista's Saturday market, but they also go to other venues, I also caught up with them at Lawrence welk resort in Escondido on a Monday after they sold out on Saturday in Vista!
